The customer service was top-notch! They were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. My room was very nice; a very comfortable king size bed, a sitting area to watch TV, a mini refrigerator to keep my water cold. There was a microwave located next to the ice machine. There were multiple outlets to charge my devices. There were even charging ports on the armrest of my sofa which I appreciated. The closet had lots of hangers & 2 racks to store my clothes. (a pet peeve of mine is a hotel that doesn’t have lots of hangers or storage space.) I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was just okay, but I had to pay $22 for it.

Hotel was good, but booking.com was terrible! I just wanted to spend another night there but couldn't get hold of anyone on booking.com by phone or online to help me! I spent about 2 hours trying. Just kept getting the runaround! Called the Hotel, but they couldn't help, saying I had to contact booking.com. I finally gave up and contacted another service, they were very helpful getting another Hotel, but I had to check out, then check in to the other Hotel 3 hours later. I don't think I'll ever use booking.com again!

I like the easy check in. the front desk staff were nice and accommodating. I like the location of the hotel being that a convenience store is in walking distance and there are other shops and restaurants nearby. The property is very clean and the food served and service at our recent banquet were top notch. Hats off to the chefs!

I did not like that they did not fully honor my guests requests. I asked not to be placed in an adjoining room and they did it anyway. Also this room was handicapped accessible. I am not disabled and I felt that I was taking a room that should have been reserved for a disabled person. Courtyard, please try to accommodate guest requests. Also there was a strong odor emitting either from the hallway or the room next door. It reeked of marijuana.

The staff at the front desk was nice, facility clean; however the staff at the Bistro was the absolute best! We (myself and friends) met Kenny (chef I believe, and Carrie (I think this is bartender's name) they were very polite, attentive and helpful when it came to helping us decide what to eat/drink. Friendly and welcoming. Definitely made the stay all the more better. They deserve kudos for their customer service.

The location was great, and close to everything. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were professional and friendly.

The staff was nice but weren’t very knowledgeable. It didn’t seem like the front desk (during the day) receptionists didn’t know what they were doing. I also didn’t get the room I originally booked either.

Staff was nice. Room smelled very clean but did notice a stain that looked like coffee on comforter and there was also hair in bathroom.

loved the size of our room and the cleanliness. The lady at the front desk ( can’t recall her name…sorry) was very friendly, and the location is great. Plenty of eating and shopping options all around you.

Everything!!! The room itself, the bed was comfortable, the windows view, the pool and the in-house cafe/deli.

Dinner by Chef Chris was exceptional, 1st Class. Room Accommodations were very clean with comfortable bedding. Beautiful decor throughout the room and hotel. Location is convenient to shopping, gas stations, entertainment and food.
