Everything. No complaints

The prices and not having a choice where you can extend your stay for a long time. I’m currently homeless and being staying at a best western hotel for 3 months. Due to the hotel being expensive I can’t afford to stay a lot of nights. I have to check out n constantly check back in due to not having the funds. Extended stay should be offered in hotels for guest like me who is homeless and cannot afford regular prices

The room was nice, clean, (with the exception of a couple of cobwebs next to the ceiling over the TV), and comfortable. I don't mean to knit pic, but I worked for 3 years as a dorm/housing inspector on base, so I am very strict about cleanliness.

I would have given everything an excellent rating except for two things. 1: the door (room 111) was very difficult to open from the outside. The latch did not release completely with the key card and you had to practically force the door open by bumping it in with your body. 2: Someone on the night shift (around 0115 in the morning Saturday morning), decided to make toast and burned it, setting off the fire alarms waking everyone up and scaring us half to death. It only stayed on for a minute or two, but that was too long. It should never have happened in the first place. It took us over an hour to settle back down and be able to sleep again because we kept expecting it to go off again.

The room was fantastic. It was very spacious. I also liked that it was painted purple (room 205). I really enjoyed the jetted tub after a long drive. I will be requesting this room everytime I visit,

Nothing other than the facility not having an elevator. I have never had any issue with this hotel.

Staff from front desk to housekeeping we're just excellent to deal with! Our room was the cleanest id ever seen ! Cleaner than the 3&4 stars by far ! Ive been coming through this way for years and watched the motels just get worse every year, yet this one has continued to keep improving! Thank you!! We felt very safe,slept comfortably! The hot breakfast was very good .

Staff was friendly and the room was clean, location has cameras inside and outside so we felt safe and comfortable Nice location had a gas station and restaurant in walking distance

The pillows were Alittle hard and someone across from us smoked weed so the ac unit would suck in the smell but over all no huge complaints

It was clean and quiet which we loved. Didn’t need much and we spent most of the time at the hospital during the day which was only 8 mins away.

There was a roach that came out for a late night snack. Had to place everything in fridge.

We have never stayed at a SureStay Plus Hotel and while in Georgia we found this hotel! It is very clean, staff is friendly. The room was very spacious and bathroom also spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Nothing really. Unfortunately because of a storm that came through we lost power for about 4 hours. So it did get quite warm in the room. Not the hotels fault but Mother Natures.

This place is really a hidden gem! The front desk clerk was nice and informative, so check-in was quick and easy. The whole facility was very well kept, clean, and quiet. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, so I'll definitely be booking again.

Staff was so friendly,room was excellent bed and pillows so comfortable,small kitchenette sitting area would stay again,breakfast was awesome also,housekeepers check every morning to see if you need anything rate a 10

Location. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Continental breakfast options are plentiful. Coffee, juice and tea available all day and night. Dual shower head. Huge flat screen tv. Cable tv! Free WiFi. Cold fridge. Cold Ac. Felt safe.

No elevators. Beds were a little on the firm side.
