I was seeking an affordable handicap motel room: close to my doctor's in Macon, Warner Robins, and Perry. I had fractured my left wrist and had surgery with a plate and screws to repair it. I also injured my left hip and knee. I had to use a quad cane to ambulate. I had rehabbed at my cousins post op and I did not feel safe going back to my home far from all my doctors. Room # 101 is the nicest, cleanest, largest handicap accessible room I have ever stayed it. I am sensitive to cleaning products with strong smells. It was so wonderful to open my door and not have to " air out my room". My king bed with soft pillows was awesome. The bathroom was exceptional...I was not afraid to get into the bathtub, sit on the handicap chair. There were 3 grab bars to safely take a bath and get out . The hot water was wonderful...like being at a spa! The sink with large countertop was so conventional to use. There was plenty of freshly laundered towels etc in reach ...plenty of counter space to put my toiletries. Then I had a hairdryer and a place to hang my clothes.The carpet looked new and was very clean. I had a refrigerator, and a large tv with Cox cable. There was a desk and chair as well as a small round table with a comfortable chair. The A/ C was adjustable and very quiet. There were washers and dryers convenient to my room. The snack machines and soda machines were keep well stocked. The continental breakfast from 6- 9 was great. Great coffee... tea bags for hot tea,2 types of juice, 2 types of cereal with milk available in refrigerator, waffles and bread for toast, toaster, donut sticks, grits, oatmeal and fresh bananas. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Brandi Badger was outstanding. I was always greeted with a smile and she quickly came to my rescue as I attempted to come through 2 strong doors to get breakfast. She assisted me getting anything I needed to sit down and enjoy my breakfast.( I did not have to ask...

I had no complaints for this facility. The Gas and Go service station next door could be occasionly noisy especially in the early AM. I was an early riser and I was not awakened. I did not hear the traffic on I-75.

The location was easy to access from the interstate. There were several fast food restaurants nearby. The late night desk clerk was extremely friendly and took time to show us a room near the office to make sure it was satisfactory.

The included breakfast was cold cereals, bananas, microwave grits, and toaster waffles. The juice machine was not functioning. The coffee was very weak.

The location, while being close to restaurants and the highway, was quiet from street and highway noise. Very important when you’re on the road and need sound sleep. Room was very clean with no mold or smoke smells. Carpet was clean enough to walk barefoot on. Great value $$

The room was beautiful and peaceful. When I checked out the Lady was very nice.

The lady at the front desk was rude it was at night when I checked in it was between 8-9 pm and the lady was just not to nice and didn't have customer service at all. She acted like she didn't want to be there.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s surrounded by restaurants, gas stations and more for convenience.

Well the room was very clean but it did have a stale smell to it. I had spray in my car that I keep to spray for COVID. That helped a bit! Maybe put some carpet fresh or ventilation might help or spray the rooms.

Excellent service, very friendly lady at the front desk. She was very kind to us and gave us the perfect room! The beds were very clean and the sheets smelled fresh. Modest but exactly what we wanted!

Breakfast options were kind of meager; wish the cooling/air conditioning worked a little better in the room (but I like it very cold)

It was fine we was close to food because we did not live there we came over from Tallahassee Florida but we had a great stay and appreciate it and if we ever come again we will recommend your hotel to anyone

Was very clean! Nicely decorated rooms.

Requested king size bed and there were none available. Breakfast was small, cereal, oatmeal, waffles (for toaster). Everything if there was more was gone when we arrived. Should still be some options till 9:00 am.

The staff did everything to ensure our room was right.

We had to be moved due to AC not working, but the staff made it right.

The property over all is in excellent condition Clean from outside to the inside of room. I am in property management business I evaluate property condition all the time. 🏅10+
