Everything was great. Location, the room was very clean. Absolutely love that they had Dove products for our use. Would definitely visit again.

The only thing was the initial check-in. The first lady I went to wasnnotnvery helpful nor was she very nice. I booked with a third party and they mixed up my first and last name. When she couldn't find me she made me feel like I was in the wrong. It took someone else with my patience to find me in the system and finish checking me and my family in. Hopefully she doesn't don't hate all the time.

The breakfast was out of sight! I had the sausage and the sausage gravy and it was so good. All of the food did not taste like bland hotel food. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. We were given the room that I requested and I was so pleased. I love the location of this hotel where it is close to everything and they are building new restaurants around it within walking distance. I will always stay here when I visit Warner Robins. Staff was nice.

The breakfast was wonderful. Wish I could have had bacon but what was served was very tasty. The facility was very clean and modern. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Toilet flushes from the floor above were very loud. You could hear people above walking around. If I return, I would ask for the top floor to cut out the noise.

The Room is amazing, very confortable and with beautfull furniture, Very good bed as well. Parking area (external) is free. Courtesy of people on front desk.

All good in this property. They could offer at least a black coffee for who check out early for a flight. Nothing available at 06:00 AM The shutle from airport to hotel take a long time to show up.

Everything was nice, inviting. We were greeted by every staff member that we came in contact with. Rooms / Hotel were very clean, comfy with a home away from home feel to it. Really loved the late check out time. The location was a plus. Every store or restaurant was on the same strip so we didn't have to drive far at all. We will definitely book another stay in the near future

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and fully stocked.breakfast was good and fully atocked

You can tell there were some updates to the property that hadn’t been full completed correctly and some furniture was old and needed to be replaced some towels were really old and need to be replaced not washed .

The late night star on our arrival during the Tuesday night blizzard was exceptional. Kind friendly n helpful. The chef who cooks with love and the breakfast staff woman both the same. You’ve got great people there that made it feel like visiting family.

That we had to leave

Room was VERY clean and neat. No odor or smells. The television was starting to go out and the manager offered to change our room. She was very accommodating. I love the location and the ample parking of this hotel. My go to when I come to Warner Robins from now on. The breakfast was really good as well. worth the money.

Everything was awesome and very well maintained. The price for the 2 nite stay was good. Plenty of stores near by it.

Wifi: we had a hard time logging in the wifi and only one device was able to connect from the 3 devices we brought.

Friendly customer service, easy check in, great location, clean property, nice and comfy beds and pillows, cold ac, clean room,great options for breakfast, and nice hot water for my baths

Toilet and tub needed a little fine detailing. I can tell that he had been cleaned,it just needed a final look through.
