Everything was great. Location, the room was very clean. Absolutely love that they had Dove products for our use. Would definitely visit again.

The only thing was the initial check-in. The first lady I went to wasnnotnvery helpful nor was she very nice. I booked with a third party and they mixed up my first and last name. When she couldn't find me she made me feel like I was in the wrong. It took someone else with my patience to find me in the system and finish checking me and my family in. Hopefully she doesn't don't hate all the time.

Breakfast is great. Fresh, hot, variety, and clean. Good coffee. Different hot items to choose from each morning. Cinnamon rolls are tasty. I would go back just for the breakfast.

Front desk Staff was not very helpful and not very friendly. They would basically just ignore you as you came through the lobby. One was letting the desk phone ring many times before answering because they were on their cell phone.

Not much to share; rolled in late, left early Didn’t take advantage of an perks so to speak Front desk check in was fabulous, personable and a delight. Hostess in the breakfast area - super sweet and very hospitable. A real gem!

This hotel is perfectly located on the same side for restaurants options and even a coffee shop which we were able to walk to. There were other shops close by if one would need any other items for theor trip--which made it nice. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. They had a nice breakfast bar displayed which the whole family enjoyed. The staff were extremely nice!

The breakfast was out of sight! I had the sausage and the sausage gravy and it was so good. All of the food did not taste like bland hotel food. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. We were given the room that I requested and I was so pleased. I love the location of this hotel where it is close to everything and they are building new restaurants around it within walking distance. I will always stay here when I visit Warner Robins. Staff was nice.

The breakfast was wonderful. Wish I could have had bacon but what was served was very tasty. The facility was very clean and modern. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Toilet flushes from the floor above were very loud. You could hear people above walking around. If I return, I would ask for the top floor to cut out the noise.

All good in this property. They could offer at least a black coffee for who check out early for a flight. Nothing available at 06:00 AM The shutle from airport to hotel take a long time to show up.

Everything was nice, inviting. We were greeted by every staff member that we came in contact with. Rooms / Hotel were very clean, comfy with a home away from home feel to it. Really loved the late check out time. The location was a plus. Every store or restaurant was on the same strip so we didn't have to drive far at all. We will definitely book another stay in the near future

You can tell there were some updates to the property that hadn’t been full completed correctly and some furniture was old and needed to be replaced some towels were really old and need to be replaced not washed .

The late night star on our arrival during the Tuesday night blizzard was exceptional. Kind friendly n helpful. The chef who cooks with love and the breakfast staff woman both the same. You’ve got great people there that made it feel like visiting family.
