Great location in a lovely Loiret town. Also, the lady running it got out orders wrong a couple of times but it was rather amusing, a bit Hulot's Holiday. Nice light ambiance and mini garden for drinks at the back.

Beware: Booking.com say 'taxes and charges INCLUDED' but the hotel tell me they were not. I don't know which party here is giving false info but it was quite embarrassing; I'm not short of 12 euros but it said the taxes were included. I contacted Booking.com to clarify and they were totally useless, poor English, couldn't seem to grasp the problem and promised faithfully they'd get back to me by mail or phone before we left the following morning - but didn't, hence an embarrassing situation. I won't use them again.

Comfortable place to stay in centre of small, interesting historic town on the Loire. Warm welcome. Good bathroom facilities. The town was very quiet just after New Year with only a pizza take away open - will visit again in spring/summer with prospect of walks by the chateau, along the riverside etc

The hotel is right in the town center and there is a couple of restaurants around. It has it's own car park and there is more parking available nearby.

The bar and reception close really early, the same with most other places in the town.

great location just off town centre but quiet with exceptionally beautiful park immediately behind the hotel, also museum of the Loire. the river is 20 minutes walk but worth it, a place of great beauty if you love rivers.

Great place for a stopover. Pretty town. Easy parking. Very good pizzeria/restaurant over the road. We had our breakfast at the lovely picnic site by the river and then had a nice walk.

The facilities at the hotel were very good and the welcome on arrival was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the location was good. All staff were extremely helpful.

Not your fault but it was a bit strange to be the only guests in the hotel. Had not expected that in August!
