Perfect location — just a 5-minute walk to Linz. Cool and scenic by the riverside. Delicious breakfast, with the option to dine inside or on the riverside balcony. Room was spotless, with strong AC for a great night's sleep. Would love to stay here again.

Stayed on the 3rd floor — the shower pressure was a bit weak, but not a major issue. Probably just a personal preference, as I like strong water pressure.

Although we only had an overnight stay, we found the staff welcoming and helpful. The hotel was spotless throughout, the beds were very comfortable and we really liked the tasteful way it was decorated. Breakfast was excellent.

The air con was a bit over enthusiastic, which made the room feel much colder than the 20 degree setting.

Fantastic accommodation and helpful staff. We had a newly refurbished room and the only issue is the pillows are very soft and not to our liking but this was the same everywhere we stayed. Chocolate biscuits and tea and coffee left for us and we have nothing but praise for this place and can highly recommend. Many, many thanks. Excellent breakfast and the hotel was a high standard. Great location to explore the pretty town centre etc. There was a major music festival when we stayed with TV crew everywhere in town etc which lasts 3 days. Good atmosphere

The pillows are very soft and not to our liking but this was the same everywhere we stayed. The wifi wasn't working in our room but maybe because of the refurbishment work going on. The price was higher than everywhere else we stayed but possibly because of the music festival and everywhere was booked up. Parking was limited but we managed to squeeze in.

The hotel was very well furnished and clean. Check-in staff were excellent. There was a nice bar. Generally there was a good choice of foods for breakfast.

All was good although it took a long time to replenish items at breakfast, and when the coffee machine stopped working it wasn't attended to very quickly.

Unexpectedly very good choice for stay in Opole. Hotel is located on an island and it is close to the center of the city. Comfortable and newly refurbished rooms. Air conditioning in the room was perfect as out stay was on quite hot days. In general everything was OK and it is worth choosing this place again.

Breakfast choice is rather poor comparing to other polish hotels.

Small parking but it was due to large amount of people in Opole for an event. Staff was very accommodating though so after all it was not an issue.

It’s one of the clearest hotel where I have been. The staff was nice, the view from the room is nice and the interrior design is amazing! The breakfast was good too.

I can’t understand how is it only 3 stars. The hotel deserves minimum 4 stars.

The hotel room has all that is needed. Electric kettle, fridge and really great space. It is located near the Odra river so you might considering selecting room with the view. Very pleasant breakfast area and restaurant worth exploring. From railway station is a nice 20mins walk.

Renowated hotel. From outside it looks like ordinary building. But inside it is excellent. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff on reception desk. 3 minutes walk to historical city center.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, the beds were definitely comfortable, breakfast options were also plentiful and great and just overall the hotel looks modern, clean and a great place to be in.

Can't remember anything I could complain about
