Location. Room decoration. Architecture. Outdoor pool. Not a bad breakfast. Beautiful nature. We were with an infant - sorry neighbors :) Free baby bed, but in very poor condition. Indoor car parking. A 5-10 minute drive away are gorgeous lakes with clear water and beautiful scenery. the staff is nice and not intrusive.

Poorly cleaned luxury room. Worn robes. Two left slippers in the set :) Uniform breakfasts. In the indoor pool you can die from the amount of chlorine and the temperature, my wife felt bad. I planned to bathe the child in the indoor pool, but we did not dare to do this because of the amount of chlorine; the child’s capillaries burst in front of his eyes after 10 minutes of being in the indoor pool.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the building stunning, the food delicious and the gardens...wow. Yet all of this came second to the outstanding staff - attentive, friendly and helpful- really more than 5 star service.

Nothing, really. Maybe the spa was a bit basic but it was enough for us. Be aware that there is no a/c but with the blinds down the room stayed cool all day (and it was 30c+ outside) and there was a fan in the room.

The location just in front of the old parc, next to the centre of Levico. The outside of the Grand hotel and the Veranda, where one could sit and enjoy a drink or coffee or whatever. Sebastiano, the masseur, was also very kind.

The interior and everything else from the eighties-nineties renovation that makes the hotel look outdated and slightly ugly. The missing charm of the hotel room.

the feeling of the old luxury. excellent and very helpful people. we left our headphones in the room and they managed to send it to us. huge thanks for this extra mile and care. the food was very good (half board).

Outdoor swimming pool was unfortunately not yet open (although not unlogical in May/prior to 'the season' :-) )

It's a beautiful house in a great location, I loved the fact that they have 2 pools. The shuttle bus was great, too.

Staff wasn't very accommodating, There was no normal milk (only milk with a shelf life of 3months or more), There was lots of rust in my shower, If you've travelled all day, are jetlagged and all you want to do is go to bed early, you don't want to be on the ground floor (at least not on a Friday night).

A nice hotel, on a good location, with great views, the furniture is a bit outdated and the space in the room is not used really efficiently, but the facilities are great (2 swimming pools), wellness, enough towels. The breakfast was tasty, the staff professional, the bathroom was pretty big too.

Being very hot it's a pity they didn't invest in airco, but there are some ventilators at the reception.

This hotel has a real charming first impression, the staff are nice and the property is well located. Spa staff was very difficult to get in touch with them. Overall we spent a very nice family time there. I recommend

I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel. As a single traveller with a dog I had some special circumstances which were a bit difficult to accommodate, but the staff, and especially the head waiter, of the Grand Imperial went out of their way to make my stay all I had hoped it would be. This hotel reminds one of a previous, better era. A time when good customer service was not rare, so to stand out fine establishments had to make it into an art form. A time when room upgrades were given simply because the space was available. A time when everything from the cleanliness, lighting, ambience, music and all of the finer details were tended to with care and professionalism. A time when one could pay a reasonable amount of money for a high-end experience, and leave feeling like every penny had been worth it. For those who wonder if there are any hotels left which check all of the boxes, and most especially if you prefer to travel with your dog rather than to leave him or her at home, I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Imperial.
