The room was fine and typical of an older property. I appreciated the elevator and the luggage carts. It is right across from the grocery store which was convenient. The underground parking is great. I very much appreciated that they adjusted the cost of my stay when my flight was cancelled and I only stayed 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked! I wasn't expecting that and was very grateful for the adjustment.

There's a lot of noise transfer into the rooms - I was in the room directly beside the elevator and this was especially noisy. I found it to be quite pricey for what it is.

Never tried the continental breakfast, though it was offered, room was comfortable, however the main door was not soundproofed so anyone outside of the room or in the hallway could be heard in the room. Had to park in the grocery store parking lot across the street, Parking is very limited around the hotel. Staff were very accommodating and I arrived early in the a.m. and a staff member was there to greet me and was very friendly.

Having to park across the street, the area around the hotel seemed a little "sketchy".

The room provided everything we needed. Parking was good. The breakfast was a bit meager and not terribly attractive. The staff told us about the boil water alert and provided us with a bottle of water for brushing our teeth. Anything we needed, we had.

The bathroom was a bit small and cold. The shower head needed to be updated. The chairs were adequate but will need to be updated soon. A list of eating places close by would be helpful and the menu from the Chinese restaurant across the street would have been helpful, as well.

Super welcoming, got pet friendly room at no fees. So even if this hotel is more expensive in the future, i will keep going there. Enough of the greedy business owner charging 20-25$ Per PET. The receptionist was kind, smiling and very helpful. The parking was easy. I got a 22foot sprinter and parked in front of fhe hotel. They also offer underground parking. Restaurants all around, great location. The room was clean lobby as well. Will only do business with them from now on! The best of Prince Rupert.

The staff were so helpful and the room was warm and comfortable. Beds were large with nice pillows. The breakfast was fabulous - not a cooked breakfast but lots of juice, muffins, yogurt and toast. The staff kept everything topped up and it was very clean. Free parking with access straight into the lobby. A lift to upper floors. Helpful getting hairdryer and taxi to the ferry and extra coffee pods and milk.

I really would like a kettle to make tea in the room.

Friendly front desk attendant, and a quick, easy check in. The continental breakfast was convenient, although not a huge selection of things, but good enough.

When I thought I had locked myself out of my room I got another key from the front desk - I made 3 trips back and forth from the front desk to the room and the key never did work. ( i eventually found my original key (it was in another pocket) but I thought that after 15 minutes of wasted time, a new key would have been issued.

convenient. nice staff. the only comment I might make is the rooms are not very soundproof. when one asks for a quiet room and the hotel isnot full, might guests not be put next door to each other. I think everyone could benefit from staggering the guests a bit. I know it may save steps for the housekeepers to put guests all together but it would really enhance the stay if you didn’t have neighbors as I could even hear the person yawn next to me. then of course the first visit had young ladies banging on other’s doors and I went out and asked if they might be quiet.

The guests are out all together when that wasnot necessary. the hotel was not full.

Large comfy room, good continental breakfast served early so we could make our early ferry! Good location- 7 minutes to ferry. Helpful staff! Keurig coffee machine! Underground parking was very welcome.

Older hotel- could use some upgrades- carpet stained- bathroom needs a refit as well-

Everything, including breakfast was most satisfactory.

Not Pacific Inn’s fault, but the guest next door had a very loud voice and seemed to hold very long and loud phone conversations. He then watched TV till 11pm, with the sound penetrating into my space.
