The location is very convenient. Like Eddie's Book Store and Save-On Foods. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean (I look in the corners) and there were plenty of towels. The curtains were truly light-proof, so I got a good night's sleep.

I was happy with my stay. One minor thing - there was the smell of vaping in the hallway, but when I reported that to the front desk, they said they would deal with it.

It’s getting older and needs an update. Windows are all covered in condensation so very difficult to see out of - we had a waterfront view but had only a narrow sideways window at the bottom to be able to open and get a clear view They also could use some a/c as the one big fan that had to be on high was kind of noisy and a bit irritating

The bed was clean, included a mattress cover, and was very comfortable. I slept really good. Room was clean, shower had great water pressure. Great spot for when you need to leave early for the ferry. Located 3 minutes from ferry terminal. Coffee was ready for guests at 5 am.

When I arrived at the hotel, it was full, the entire hotel checked out. I arrived at 9am and check in wasn't until 2pm Well the staff took great care of me and let me check in early, & I received a free upgrade to my room for a small wait. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are so comfortable with all of the amenities. Darryl, Arlene and Mike are so welcoming and friendly, and they will all make you feel like you are home. You guys are Amazing and I appreciate everything you all have done for me.

Staff, location and affordable

Hot water, sometimes its take a while to get it hot and sometimes it get luke warm at best. I have a bad back and knees and I like it in soak hot water . This is my experience others staying there may not have this problem.

All staff were very friendly. My room was pleasant. I enjoyed the turbo fans in the room/hallways.

The electrical on 2 of the lamps were flickering. I switched the bulb and didn't work on the other. Room felt too dark with just one lamp. There was no spare roll of toilet paper left in the bathroom. I ran out of toilet paper on my last night as it was the same roll from night one.

The service was great- a shout out to evening/night employee Nero- I stayed there 2 weeks ago as well as this weekend and he went over and above to accommodate my requests. Also love it that a breakfast bag was given ( something new) It was as nice to have with the in room coffee.

There is no ice machine but there has been an improvement from 2 weeks ago -there is a deep freezer with small bags of ice you can sometimes access without bothering the desk clerk

The most important thing was that we arrived at 9am in the pouring rain, with an incorrect booking date, but they changed that (no charge) and let us check in so very early. Very helpful too about booking taxis. Place was clean and comfy.

The room was a bit tired looking, but ok.

So close to the ferries - it was a super convenient location. They had an elevator! There is no AC but the fan in the room was sufficient to keep the air circulating with a window open. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are clean, hotel is quiet.

Very low shower heads. Could use those extension arms. Could also use an extra fan on a stand in each room during the hot days.
