Very close and convenient to most of the places we wanted to go to

It’s getting older and needs an update. Windows are all covered in condensation so very difficult to see out of - we had a waterfront view but had only a narrow sideways window at the bottom to be able to open and get a clear view They also could use some a/c as the one big fan that had to be on high was kind of noisy and a bit irritating

The bed was clean, included a mattress cover, and was very comfortable. I slept really good. Room was clean, shower had great water pressure. Great spot for when you need to leave early for the ferry. Located 3 minutes from ferry terminal. Coffee was ready for guests at 5 am.

When I arrived at the hotel, it was full, the entire hotel checked out. I arrived at 9am and check in wasn't until 2pm Well the staff took great care of me and let me check in early, & I received a free upgrade to my room for a small wait. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are so comfortable with all of the amenities. Darryl, Arlene and Mike are so welcoming and friendly, and they will all make you feel like you are home. You guys are Amazing and I appreciate everything you all have done for me.

All staff were very friendly. My room was pleasant. I enjoyed the turbo fans in the room/hallways.

The electrical on 2 of the lamps were flickering. I switched the bulb and didn't work on the other. Room felt too dark with just one lamp. There was no spare roll of toilet paper left in the bathroom. I ran out of toilet paper on my last night as it was the same roll from night one.

The service was great- a shout out to evening/night employee Nero- I stayed there 2 weeks ago as well as this weekend and he went over and above to accommodate my requests. Also love it that a breakfast bag was given ( something new) It was as nice to have with the in room coffee.

There is no ice machine but there has been an improvement from 2 weeks ago -there is a deep freezer with small bags of ice you can sometimes access without bothering the desk clerk

The most important thing was that we arrived at 9am in the pouring rain, with an incorrect booking date, but they changed that (no charge) and let us check in so very early. Very helpful too about booking taxis. Place was clean and comfy.

The room was a bit tired looking, but ok.

This hotel was very easy to find especially as it was very early in the morning when we arrived from the ferry. When we entered to our room it was very noisy from the pub downstairs and or first thought were going to be a noisy night. Not so, Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet even though we slept with the window open. The room was very comfortable with a full size refrigerator, hot plate dishes and pots better than mine at home. A whole set, silverware . Very well equipped. The lighting was phenomenal. Led strip lighting in the bathroom, very bright and a wonderful bright led light in the main area.

short walk to Cow Bay where all the tourist spots are. near restaurants and fast food. view of the sea from our room. very comfortable room, pleasant staff, and a restaurant on site with excellent breakfast.

there was nothing we didn’t like. It’s obviously an older building but everything was clean and functional.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was excellent. There was a secure place to park our vehicle. We absolutely loved the decor of the hotel

Somewhat limited parking on a busy Sat. night - I was fortunate to get a parking spot but noticed many vehicles on the street - not ideal in Prince Rupert. Also, the room was advertised to have a fridge, which it did, but it wasn't plugged in. When I plugged it in, it didn't appear to turn on, so I called the front desk and they responded in a timely manner. When the fridge still didn't seem to work, they promised to return, which they did later, and finally by that time the fridge had kicked in. As I had perishables, it wasn't ideal, but once the fridge was going it was great. I would suggest that fridges should be turned on so that they are some what cold when a guest checks in.
