We arrived off a late (1:30 am) ferry and the owner had left instructions for each of us on how to get in. He had also showed up in person to help us get settled in. The owner said that although checkout was at 11, we could stay later if we liked. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast part was a bit minimal ( there wasnt much other than bread and eggs and yoghurt in the fridge and a couple of pieces of fruit). The bathroom was a bit tired and not 100% clean. The blind in my bedroom was broken and held together with paperclips. There was no glass for water in the bedroom. The location was a bit out of the way and is not near downtown, however we didn't need to visit there so it wasn't a problem.

I stayed only one night at Eagle Close. I would definitely recommend it though. I only spoke briefly with Baljeet, but he was welcoming and helpful. They made sure I had everything I'd need to check in and get settled. This seems like a place where I can definitely see having a group of people playing a big board game in the living room would be a good time. Or cooking a meal together in the big kitchen.

The "Things to do List" in the room was welcome but turned out to be pretty old. I tried to go to a couple spots on the list but they've been shut down. Super minor thing all things considered.

Kitchen was large and accessible. Bathroom was very large. Also it had a hairdryer.

The kitchen was not well organised, due to clutter. lighting was very poor due to repairs which appear to be occurring, and there was an empty olive oil container which appeared to be for guest use - just refill it. In the bathroom there were loads of product which also appeared to be empty - either provide product or don’t - I hate encountering empty bottles. I also feel deadbolts on guests rooms rather than simple key locks would be better.

Shared.kitchen meant we could cook but if was disorganised and needed a clean. They provided breakfast food too but again this was disorganised and we kind of had to guess what was communal. Room was big but if we stayed longer we might have wanted to use the wardrobe which was off limits. Bed was comfy. Parking on the drive. Very quiet residential neighbourhood.

The disorganised nature of the kitchen space, and it needed cleaning. Blinds in the bedroom were no use at blocking out light, take an eye mask!

We had a room with plenty of space and a lovely balcony that caught the evening sun. The bed and chairs were comfortable. There could have been more space for hanging clothes. The kitchen was communal but very well equipped. It was quiet when we were staying (off-season) but maybe the kitchen would have felt more congested at the height of the season. The property is in a quiet area of the town with good views of the surrounding countryside. It’s a little way from the town centre, which wasn’t a problem as we had a car. Without a car that might have felt more difficult. The hosts were very pleasant and the accommodation had a very welcoming and homely feel.

The room was very spacious and had a balcony that caught the evening sun. The accommodation is located in the quiet outskirts of the town: not a problem for us as we had a car but without one it might have felt less well-situated. The kitchen was shared but was very well-equipped. This wasn't an issue for us as we were there out of season. Had there been a lot more guests staying it might have felt a bit congested. The owners were very pleasant.

Our room could have done with some hanging space for clothes.

The room had a walk in closet, king size bed and own bathroom. The house was very clean and well presented. The bed was extremely comfortable with fresh linen. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. There was a desk and chair available in the room. They had an excellent welcome folder introducing who they are and what to do in Prince Rupert and potential restaurants. The staff was very nice and welcoming. A living room with a ruko was available, great breakfast options from cold cereal to make own hot breakfast. I highly recommend making this your place to stay in Prince Rupert!!

This is Prince Rupert's best kept secret. Although the location is about a 25 minute walk from downtown, it's worth it. The folks who run the place are lovely and we felt right at home and well taken care of. Super comfy, nice big kitchen and homey feel. This will be my go-to when I stay in PR.

The host family are amazing people. So kind and so friendly. The suite was lovely and a really decent size. The breakfast was amazing.

As a senior with mobility issues, the 2 floor walkup washout but doable as thr kitchen sitting room was between floors.

Despite arriving late on the ferry (00:30), getting in was easy and the welcome friendly. Place was easy to find, although Google took us to the wrong house, it's the one on the corner of Eagle Close and Road. Room was large and nicely decorated Big bathroom with jacuzzi (perfect for the end of a day's motorcycling) (N. B. Not available after 9pm) Balcony Breakfast was a treat, make it ourselves, was able to eat exactly what we wanted.
