Very clean rooms comfy beds

The 1st night the room assigned air conditioner was not working it was very hot n stuffy they couldn’t give another room because they were all booked but they gave me a floor fan. I was assigned a room infront of pool it was very dark cleans but i didn’t like next morning they moved me to a room with window facing the street very nice and clean big also had a ceiling fan difference from the 1st room that room needs to be updated and needs a ceiling fan also the tv is hanging and it is a hazard it’s o. The way you bathroom.

The staff is super friendly and speaks good/good enough English. They offer parking 2 blocks away, but you can load/unload in front of the hotel. They will even help you bring your suitcases inside the lobby. The room is spacious. Mattresses are good. The AC and fan are efficient and not too loud. Bathroom is modern, spacious and clean.

There is no elevator, so you have to lift your heavy suitcases us the stairs. Most rooms do have a window, but it opens onto the corridor. There's no daylight in most of the rooms. The "jacuzzi" is very small and did not look very clean. Probably a lot of oily sunscreen was floating of the surface. The hotel does not offer breakfast, only coffee/tea and 1 toast with butter and jam per person as a courtesy, that you can make yourself at a small table in the lobby. It would be amazing if the hotel could offer breakfast in collaboration with a restaurant nearby, by providing a coupon (like weve seen other hotels do). We suggest Luan which is just a 1 minute walk away.

The hotel has very much a spa-like atmosphere. There is relaxing music all around at the reception and the pool. Available drinks during the day. Exactly like in spa. The room was spacious enough and well equipped with AC and fans. The temperature was possible to be set perfectly. Location of the hotel is perfect in the historical center. Very safe and with a lot of options close by.

Overall the stay was perfect. The only note is that the pool was called a Jacuzzi but actually the system was not making real bubbles. Really not that relevant for the stay which was overall lovely.

Personnel is fantastic, they are super helpful and genuinely interested in you having a great time there. They seem proud of their city, their food, the culture and history, and that comes across when they talk, even if it's just to give directions or if you are curious about a landmark, etc. the location is great, just half a block away from one of the pedestrian streets with tons of restaurants and stores, and a few blocks away from the main square, where you can hear live music and see people gathering to dance around the colonial kiosk. There is a lovely roof garden with confy chairs and an outdoor lounge bed.

The only thing I would change, although understandable, is that parking is separate from the hotel, and it is a few blocks away, in what seems to be an independent parking. If you rented a car, I would recommend leaving it in the parking for the entire stay and walk or move by taxi, is quite inexpensive.

No breakfast.

There was a problem with the air conditioning. It took an hour of tinkering to get it to work and then it wouldn’t adjust or turn, so the room temp went from way too warm for a good night’s rest to refrigerated. But the VERY friendly staff did all in their power to help. It was simply out of their control. I covered myself l, including my head, in the blankets and slept like a stone. Seriously, the staff could not have been better, even setting up a 5-hour taxi trip from Campeche to Edzná then in to Xpujil (which was NOT cheap—as could be expected).

Lovely hotel in the center of town! You really couldn’t get a better location while stating in Campeche; all the great restaurants and attractions are no more than a 5 minute walk from there. Be sure to hit up Calle 59 at night ;) Renato and the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a bit of a mixup with my room (they gave me the wrong room at first), but they corrected the situation fairly quickly. They do a great job of cleaning and resetting your room while you’re out (don’t forget to tip!), and they even gave good food recommendations! I’d definitely stay here again if I came back to Campeche.

I was almost put in a room that wasn’t as good as the room that I booked, but they fixed it!

Our room and the hotel overall were spotless. Beds comfortable, extra pillows. Rooftop patio a lovely location to sit in the morning and evening. The hotel is located within the historical district, a short walk from the waterfront. Restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is located close to the famous calle 59, where you can find many restaurants. We got a room at the rooftop of the hotel, which offered a great view of the city. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The door of the room was hard to close. At some point we found the door wide open, after we returned to the room. We assume, that either the cleaning personal left it open or it was not really closed by them. Maybe the door should be repaired.

super helpful staff. the location was superb, just doors away from the main centre. the only thing is that if you had an inner pool/courtyard room there was no window to the outside. other than that, it was a great hotel. they let us put out ice packs into their freezer & had fresh coffee brewed in the lobby every day 😊

Parking works great in a private parking lot, and it's part of the price. Great hotel, very well trained staff. Pool, terrace with view on the city. Location is most central you can get. I would stay again.

There were no windows in the room, but that's probably a technical limitation of the whole city centet.
