The convenience and location of the hotel and excellent breakfasts provided. The staff were helpful in all respects.

This hotel does not have a lift and for older people like me it would being easier than having to carry all your luggage up 3 floors using a spiral staircase. However since my last stay here in 2019 I noticed that the wooden staircase that was steep and had no handrail leading up to the hotel reception has been replaced by a modern stone tiled one with a hand rail. Anyone with a disability needs to be aware of this.

Excellent location for the Nurburgring and 20min walk down in to Adenau, great secure car park facility, some of our rooms had track views from balconies. Lovely selection of food for breakfast each morning and great access for spectating TF sessions from Breidsheid.

No air con in the room meant windows open all the time during the extra hot period as it was stifling. No fridge in our room to keep drinks cool but one of the other rooms had a small fridge which we used.

Massive room with plenty of sleeping options , next to a bar and shops close by. Mini kitchen and fridge was great - breakfast is fantastic and you can see the track from several of the rooms. We had room 11 it had 1 room with 2 beds, 1 room with 3 beds and there was a middle bit with one single bed. I’d recommend this if you are a group

We went to the bar/restaurant next door and watched the cars go by , but it did close early… nothing to do with the hotel … would be good if they had a bar though.

Location was ideal for a group of us who had travelled to the area to participate in a track day at the Nürburgring. Rooms were clean and a decent size & breakfast buffet was good also. Plenty of parking & within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants & viewpoint @ Adenau bridge.

They only thing lacking at this hotel was air conditioning - unfortunately they don't have it.

Perfect location right next to the track. Plenty of parking, good breakfast, staff all very friendly, spotlessly clean, excellent for anyone visiting the Nürburgring.

Had booked 2 rooms and expected the bigger one to have a balcony but it ended up being in the lower level. Not a massive issue as the smaller room had a balcony so we were able to use it. Everything else was perfect.

Very well located to the track and the area you want to be plenty around, clean and great value for money. Easy to deal with staff we were very late due to traffic and the owner sent a video clearly showing how to get into the rooms.

Only little downfall of the stay was the heat in the rooms but it was also 28 degrees outside so not really the hotels fault there.

Perfectly placed for the Nurburgring. Lovely town. Opposite the famous cockpit cafe. Plenty of parking. Use of a hose. Feels safe and secure.

They had a PIN code for the doors which sometimes didn’t work first time. Not a bad thing with a code as you can keep a picture on your phone but more difficult after some German beer 😜

Excellent location for Nürburgring. Rooms were comfortable and large, bathroom looked newly refurbed in our room and was beautiful. Huge free car park. Hotel is not ‘modern’ it’s very ‘European’ but fitted perfectly with the surrounding areas. Cannot moan about the price, staff were friendly check in was easy and breakfast was decent. Would stay again when we return.

Breakfast was decent but staff need to replenish the buffet more often. Location was superb. Booking.com stated a Bar was on premises but it was closed after Covid!

Booking.com stated a Bar on premises but it was never reopened post Covid? Bed mattress I had was way too soft for me personal choice I suppose! Some light damage to skirting and paintwork needs addressed.

3rd time we have stayed and can’t fault it. Staff are lovely, room is a good size, beds very comfortable, location is fantastic and the breakfast very very good! Thank you for another great stay 😊
