We didn't like our allocated garage, which we thought was secure, being given to other people and ours being changed into another one. The reason we didn't like this is that as we thought it was ours to use as booked, we left tools and riding gear in the garage which therefore was open and could have been stolen. Apparently 'a garage' means 'any garage per day' and not for the whole stay. This we would like to change when we book again. This however will not change anything for our stay in a future booking. Second one this same year.

The proximity to the Nürburgring is great and it is just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. It appeared the hotel was full of team members, course marshalls and industry representatives which says a lot about the relationship with the track. The hotel also did catering for our VIP lounge so they really took care of us for the whole stay.

The parking areas were a bit small for being fully booked but it was manageable. My guess is it is not a problem outside of big event periods.

Location was great for the ring, plenty of parking. Staff nice and friendly easy check in etc. Room bit had room with extra bed. Free water and sweets nice in room. Breakfast was good nice and fresh.

Only complaint was from my son 3rd bed wasnt very comfy but was for one night if more maybe wouldnt be great. Apart from that perfect

Nice breakfast at 7 AM already ready for us quite village only 5 minutes from Green hell, plenty of free parking either in a hotel or just outside of the hotel

There was no WIFI signal or either any service signal at the bottom floor where we stayed, which wasnt a big issue for us as we only stayed one night

Not only my room was comfortable and spacious, but the staff was super nice with me. I had an accident at Nordschleife and got a broken collarbone. Even though I had already checked out, they were extremely nice to accommodate me through the day while I tried to organize a way to go home and offered me all the help I could need. It was really amazing to be so well treated.

Great location for Nürburgring. Lots of choice for breakfast. Evening meal in the restaurant was delicious, locally sourced produce and exceptional value for money. Even secure garages for your car or motorcycle as well as normal parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The welcoming & friendly staff are this Hotels No 1 asset. The room is soundproof, good size, comfy beds, good sized bathroom & great outlook! Wiesemscheid is so close to the Nürburgring but not busy. A great country village. The breakfast was awesome & both buffet & a la Carte dinners were plentiful & tasty.

THe ramp up from the road and steep steps upto the front door plus the stairs inside. A lift would have been better

Very friendly hotel, great staff, good meal and friendly helpful service from all staff members.

Due to the extreme hot weather room was very hot, left balcony door and bathroom window open to allow fresh air to room. Not an issue just extreme weather.

Great access for Nürburgring, the room was fantastic and the beds were super comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great, the beer was cold and the staff were very obliging..........couldn't fault.
