The room was great and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was the same as always but still had a lot of variety and everything was fresh. I always enjoy hanging out in the bar area and talking to the bartenders and other guests about racing.

The pillows could be firmer... and while I know the owners of the hotel don't like paying whatever fees to third-party booking platforms they use, they need to improve the process. I shouldn't have to go to a different website or use some random post-booking email link to pay the "deposit" for the room in order to secure it... and I really don't like being threatened of losing my room, even though I've stayed at this hotel many, many times. Also, they are now charging for parking in the back of the hotel, which is a joke. It's the Nuerburgring. How else is someone supposed to get out there, teleportation?

The hotel has secure parking underneath and some limited above ground parking just in front of the hotel entrance. I had reserved the latter and it was indeed reserved and waiting with my name on a board. Great service ! The rooms are nearly all twin bed rooms, so if you want a double you need to be specific about that. Location is right next to the start line of the circuit. Bar was fine and there are some basic restaurants close by as befits a racing circuit venue.

If you want a double bed rather than a twin room, you need to be specific on booking. It's definitely not the cheapest option available in the area, you are paying a significant premium for the location.

The hotel's location is perfect for all things Nurburgring and is the best you can get. The room is big enough, clean and comfy, the staff will sort you out nicely as well.

The food could be better, the choice at breakfast is not great compared to other hotels. Restaurant menus are also fairly limited, especially if you have to avoid alergens.

The location is brilliant. It's only a few minutes drive to the Nurburgring. We got a room with a balcony where we could see and hear the sweet roar of high performance cars going to and from the track.

The bathroom could do with a division or door for privacy as you can see the shower from almost anywhere in the room.

Great location, great breakfast, large windows and lots of light in the room

- Pillows are too big, it is not comfortable to sleep. - Our check-out was on Saturday until 11:00, but at about 9 in the morning we were woken up by the maid who came into the room to clean the room. It is very impolite to the guests - to enter the room without waiting for their check-out

Room size and cleanliness

Hallway lighting is motion-sensitive. Every time I left the room, the hallway remained dark until I had walked several meters in the dark. The light sensitivity should be adjusted so lights turn on as soon as the guest steps into the hallway.

Excellent location with easy & quick access to the Nürburgring & activities. All the staff were exceptional - kind, helpful, and informative. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The shower/bathtub/sink area didn’t have a door, nor even a way to offer privacy when using the glass-walled shower. Only an issue when staying with others, so I hung up the bathrobe as a privacy screen on the outside of the shower door.

Breakfast was really good

Didn’t like we were told we could have a late checkout and on the day we were told no you can’t !!! Very disappointing as our flight was 11.55pm Sunday night. Not true to your word !!!!

I am old. I have traveled a lot. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had. Plus the overall staff was exceptional.

No 'C' charging ports in the hotel bedrooms. My adapter work just fine but 'C' charging ports are more convenient. In the scheme of everything else, which was exceptional, this does not matter.

Large comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed, large bathroom and shower. Unusually large for Europe. Right on the GP track, great location in the centre of the action. Great buffet breakfast. Underground parking on site.
