I liked the foods. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They take time to talk to their visitors and always make sure that their needs are met and that they are comfortable. Even the smallest request that I made for my partner's birthday, they really made an effort to make it memorable ❤️.

The aircon in our room was not very cold. ( not to my standard 😒) Cleanliness in Some of the toilets were not maintained. Twice I went to this particular toilet and on both occasions it was not cleaned. So I ended up running to our room to use the toilet. Unfortunately, I just found out that the beach was closed to the public. I was really looking forward to it because it's been a while since I was able to swim on the beach. Of course, I understand that there's nothing that can be done about it.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The ambiance was inviting - nicely landscaped and surrounded by lots of trees and plants. What stood out in our stay was the excellent customer service of their staff. From the Front Desk to the restaurant, staff were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Ms. Mary Ann Gulayan went above and beyond in resolving some issues we had during our stay. She was just a wonderful person. Restaurant staff did the same thing - very service oriented and attentive to guests (Rose).

Rooms need to be refurbished badly. They need to be overhauled.

I like that the staff at reception was accommodating of my request to ask people next door to tone down their noise at midnight as I was trying to sleep and they also accommodated my request for a late check out at 1pm as I was waiting for some people to pick me up. The jacuzzi was a bonus for relaxation especially the 10 pm closing time. The massage spa was great and late closing times at 12 midnight was perfect for me. The buffet breakfast was good value for money and the staff were great.

That they do not have elevators and we had to carry our luggage up/down a flight of stairs to/from the room.it was disappointing not to be able to use the pool as it was being closed for maintenance during my stay. Their massage therapists accept outside booking which made me think they might be too overworked to massage us properly and we had to wait for them to arrive from servicing outside bookings.

Breakfast was great. There was a lot of choices. The champorado and tableya was delicious. Location was great. I loved the retro vibe of the hotel. Its very refreshing with the lush greeneries and coconut trees around.

It was not check out time yet but i had difficulty getting back in the room, luckily housekeeping was nearby who let us in with his door key.

Everytime i come home, this hotel is my go to..after a long trip a relaxing massage, a splash in the pool, walking in the beach or just strolling in the garden makes my day then waking up in a buffet breakfast makes my stay a success.plus a small gym and a jog around for losing the foods from the grilled dinner and buffet breakfast😊😉🥰.

Long walk to room but only because of me knees and I may have rushed room to get ready . Got there before 3 but they did a good job of getting me in on time. I was early .

It was a fine experience for both of my parent's. I made a reservation for them because it was for my father's birthday celebration. They were both glad that their room location is facing the sea. Which is very relaxing for both of them. The food was also extraordinary, with wide selections of international and local delicacies.

The place is very cozy and ideal for staycation. The food is great. The room is very big and it is not really good for two but actually for four (4).

The perks of isolation from the noisy highway, the lobby is in the interior so it would be a long walk unless you have a car. Security is almost airport level.

Your website booking doesnt work including the phone numbers on the site. We had to book through a 3rd party and paid almost 5,000 pesos more. Not good at all. Get that fixed as i would like to stay again maybe.

This is my go to hotel when i arrived in davao city, i like it has both pool and beach, although you cant swim in the beach. I love it has a spa that i can have a well deserve massage after a long trip and a buffet breakfast. Has small gym or you can jog around early morning.

Its one of old hotel in davao city so you can see the wear and tear over the years, it needs renovation and updating to modern decors and facilities.
