The location, the staff and the ambience of the hotel were excellent. In particular Shanu, Sanjay and Priya were outstanding. My wife was feeling unwell so Shanu organised for Sanjay to take us (by car) to see a really good doctor and brought us back to the hotel. The doctor was quickly able to diagnose the issue and prescribe a very effective course of treatment. There was an issue with a leaking sink in the bathroom (more details below) - but the maintenance staff were able to liaise with the management and we were moved to another room within a matter of minutes. Exceptional service. We were due to check out before breakfast service began so a packed breakfast was organised and this was provided to us on leaving the hotel.

The the sink in the bathroom was leaking - so maintenance arrived quickly and tried to resolve the issue. A few hours later the leak was still evident and it was obvious that a more drastic remedial course of action was required. An alternative room was secured and we were moved very quickly to it. Please see above.

The staff were very helpful and always ready to help. Special mention to Mr shailesh, he came all the way out on the road helped us with our requirements. Also kudos to the breakfast managing team, always ready to help and talk with lots of grace and respect. The room was nice and spacious. Overall we had a satisfying stay Would definitely recommend it.

The staff was very caring specially Smita at the reception , they took care of smallest of our queries and needs . At Zarwani restaurants complete staff was cheerful and always at our service . Good music at dinner time and very clean Maintainance .

Nothing to not like . Probably one of the best locations and calm and quite riverside view is the best location for the rooms . Room service was fast and chefs are expert in Indian as well as Italian pizzas .

reception staff are very good people but bit inexperienced so u need a better manager who can make sure guests requests are understoood correctly

Cleanliness - staff-Rooms-breakfast- Dinner were very nice. Except They Have Only TWO Wheal Chair . It takes too much time to Reach Room -Dining Area Etc. Otherwise Experience Was Very Good

It would have been great if the hotel had informed us about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birthday on 31st October. All activities were closed during the day and only the statue entry was open after 3pm.

There was no provision for non vegetarian people. I wished I had egg for my breakfast.

In the room fan was located in the far corner side of the bed. Even AC was not near.. So felt a bit hot 🥵 during night time.
