Clean and tidy rooms. Staff are nice friendly. Rooms are properly treated (double glazing) and you can't really hear much street noise. The location is superb - about 10 minutes to walk to Gdynia Główna train station. Lots of different food places around and a nice restaurant downstairs, in the same building, with buffet options for breakfast and lunch.

The toilet in my room kept splashing water on the floor in front of it with every flush. I also feel the room was slightly overpriced for the busy Open'er festival period.

cleanliness, comfort, location. Apartments are located in the very convenient area, right next to the strategic junction, near cool restaurants and of course the city beach and promenade. Check in/check out was seamless, all clear and easy, room as described - clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night.

I wouldn’t much recommend the Portowa restaurant/bistro downstairs, but that’s a personal preference.

LOCATION! Simply perfect! 10 mins walk from the beach, train station, right on main street. Fresh water dispenser on each hallway. Spacious modern apartment with kitchenette, clean and comfortable.

Limited amenities in a bathroom - some unidentified random soap / shampoo. Very limited interaction with receptionist but I guess it’s this kind of concept of property - self service.

Good location, clean and new apartments, air conditioning, and friendly service. A guest room for laundry and ironing, and water available at all times in the hallways.

The apartment is smaller than expected from the photos but nice.

Nice modern apartment close to the harbour. The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from the train station and is located close to the harbour area. The apartment is very well maintained and the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.

A difficult to characterize smell in the common areas (reception, corridors) - this smell is luckily not present in the rooms and therefore not very bothersome

Strange chemical (?) smell coming from the bathroom all the time. One bedside lamp didn’t work.

Everything was great, comfy bed, nice girls on reception, everything new and good looking, good quality materials, shower was perfect. No noise, blackout curtains 🥰

Pillows could be better

There is no free breakfast provided.

Would have prefer a more regular housekeeping than to request for as I'm there for more than 7 days.
