Perfect location 5 minute walk from arrivals in Airport. Breakfast good. Room large with great shower.

It is confusing to find the lobby to actually checkin when you walk from airport - you arriive on 3rd floor and must go down to ground floor and there is no real obvous guidance. They initially challenged me that breakfast was not included when accessing the breakfast, but then it seeme to be written on some piece of paper somewhere on someones desk - so that was dissapointing - they sorted it, but that confusion should not happen at such a Hotel. The Wifi is awful and blocks most apps. You have to use roaming to get WhatsApp etc,

The hotel is very near to the airport. No need to exit the airport, walk around 5 mins from arrival hall. The breakfast food has lots of variety.

The location is great! I walk from the Shenzhen airport to the hotel, it's so convenient. After leaving my luggage in the hotel room, I came down to the airport for some dinner where there were a few local foods that I could experience it.

As for breakfast, I wish to have more local ShenZhen/GuangDong food. The food spread has almost 60% Western kind of food which I don't fancy, however I would prefer more hot Chinese food instead

Lovely room, very helpful staff. I am a wheelchair user, and the staff took both my and my fathers cases from the airport terminal to the hotel on arrival and departure. They also looked after my third wheelchair battery for 14 days, when shenzen airlines said they would not take it on board.

Would benefit from more staff who could communicate in other languages outside of Mandarin, bearing in mind that several travellers from all over the world would be staying at this hotel due to its convenient location.

A great hotel where you can wait for your next flight. Quite expensive, but worth it. Perhaps this is the best option for a short stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bathroom

There is soap in the bathroom and shampoo in the shower, but I couldn't find toothpaste anywhere. It's not critical, just weird. Also, despite the fact that the Hotel is adjacent to the Airport, finding the way to the reception was not so easy - there are not enough signs

The room was so big and the shower was so amazing! I can start telling you about the breakfast, which was just out of this world. Super amazing hotel, 5 min walk from the airport, with the pool, gym and the garden right inside the building. Just amazing

Everything about the room facilities, cleanliness, and service was fantastic. Would happily stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately there was a continuous banging sound above our room throughout our stay that made it difficult to ignore and fall asleep with.

The hotel is connected by a corridor to the airport terminal. We actually continued with the trolley of luggage from the terminal to the hotel room. Beautiful room, clean and tidy

The staffs at reception were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

There was an irritating smell in the room !! Not sure if it came out from the air conditioning system or it was due to the use of cleaning agents/deodorant. I coughed consistently during my stay there overnight.
