Cleaning could be improved. The ashtray on the terrace was not emptied from the previous guests. The kettle has limescale. There was dust on the Wifi connection information sighboard.

The friendly woman opened the door and explained parking and wifi. She walked us to the room. Our room was facing the street, but back facing the river is better. A bit of noise from the cars on the street, although quiet at night. The parking place is a plus, however, we didn't use it because we thought we had to pay for it.

Expensive ( although in average with village touristic prices). Can be cleaner ( details are important)

Very good and comfortable place to stay. The city is small so it's also an easy walk from everywhere. Own parking helps a lot and the rooms were modern and beautiful. Room felt fresh and it was probably renovated recently. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Some noise from the street as cars drive by. Didn't bother us, but it might bother some.

Great location, nice owner, the room is very neat and the bed and shower are comfortable.

The only reason it’s not a 10 is that the room was damp. The sheets felt damp and after a day so did our clothes that we had left in the room. I’m sure it could be solved and the place was very clean, so would still recommend!

Gorgeous big room overlooking the river. Really modern and clean. Really comfy bed. Found it a bit tricky to find and parked in the main car park in the town in the end to find on foot. Parking is down a steep slope but easy parking at the bottom. Great italian a few doors up the hill, had lovely pizzas which were good value. Little shop nearby for drinks and snacks. We popped to the nearby Carrefour (by car 10 minutes) to get breakfast and sat in our room with the patio doors open enjoying the beautiful view, peace and quiet.

Location is very good, close to down town. Free parking is provided by the Hotel. Room is spacious.

Everything is fine. The price is very expensive, but all Durbuy is expensive. The beds are comfortable, but too soft for me.

Great location, price, parking. Clean and cozy, nothing more than expected, but correctly described on booking.com. Owner invited us to watch the world cup at the local pub, which was a nice sign of hospitality.

Only 'remark' is that we had to call the owner to get the key. There is no doorbell and it's not instantly clear where you have to be even though it is marked on the side of the building.

Room

Cleaning and towel replacement. Cleaning was scheduled on Sunday but we asked to stay in the room. No further cleaning was provided although we hoped one would happen

Comfortable bed, nice river view, extremely clean, beautiful cosy place and the owner offered us the parking.

The noise around. The shampoo and shower gel were not enough (tiny bottles) and had no smell. The walking bath is slippery.

The location in Durbuy was great as the hotel was close to all the attractions. The room was clean and the wifi was strong. It was helpful having the coffee maker in the room.

There was no soap in the room and we had to find a staff person on the second day to give us soap. The room does not have AC, and the supplied fan was not very good.
