I couldn't say this more...it's the people! The amazing people who make this place feel incredible. This might be one of the best stay in all Palawan. The location, the beach, the garden, the design...everything is just wonderful. We've had an upgrade to a villa because the main building (and not only) was under renovation and it was just great. You have everything you need and more. Always water at the door for washing your sandy feet, always people willing to help you with everything you need. We booked an island hopping tour and they managed everything untill the last detail...transportation, boat, return to the hotel, clean towels, bug repellent and they make their own remedy for after bites. We left with gifts, a bug repellent and a mixture for itch relief. We asked for a late check out and they did everything they could to accommodate us. We didn't want to leave. The people at the restaurant, reception, housekeeping, Miss Mariel who is in charge of the agency, the manager of the hotel...we loved everything about our stay because of you! Thank you is just not enough! ❤️

The food. I remember being better 5 years ago.

We had an amazing stay at Club Agutaya, thanks to the incredibly helpful staff and their attention to detail. Despite the bad weather during our visit to San Vicente, they went above and beyond to ensure we still enjoyed our time. They made our stay memorable.

There were occasional water and electricity cuts, but these were understandable given the weather conditions when we visited. Also, there were sand flies (niknik) as the beach remains relatively untouched and natural. Fortunately, the hotel provides their own blend of citronella oil to help ward them off and reminds guests to use it before heading to the beach.

The location was perfect. The personnel were helpful, responsive, and extremely friendly. We also loved the property's private beach.

The room was quite outdated; however, the conditions were not critical. While at the beach, we were badly bitten by sand flies (nik-niks), so we strongly recommend using insect repellent at all times.

Nice architectural design. Villas are spacious and comfortable. Hammocks and lounge chairs by the beach

Long walk to beach. It was difficult for our elderly mother. Showers in the main house did not have hot water. Pitcher for water was given but not filled for the guests . We had to bring to restaurant daily to fill.

The staff were very nice and helpful. When we arrived, the staff were at the front to welcome us, when we left, they were at the entrance to say goodbye. That was a very warm and nice gesture. The hotel also allowed us to wash up in our room after we checked out because there wasn't a booking for the room the next day. The interior design was very nice, a lot of wood was used which have us the feeling like we are back with nature. The location was perfect, right along Long Beach.

Just a suggestion, offering a stand-up paddleboard for guests at the beach would be nice

I am impressed of how service oriented the staff were. They are approachable, helpful and accommodating. Menu at Cafe Lily are delectable and of adequate serving size. The beachfront and mezmerizing sunset comes as a bonus and worth's every Niknik bites. Plus, I especially love the thoughtful gesture of providing insect repellant oil and post-bites ointment to the Guest.

beach was 2 mins walk away, beach is private and secluded. alone time was well worth it. staff was friendly/attentive and accommodating to our needs.

travel time to and from resort to some other places. there are limited options for transport as well - good that staff was accommodating to help us hail those electric cabbies.

It’a located in a quiet and secluded place with beautiful sunset. The property is quite old but is very neat. The staff and the service were kind, accommodating, and thoughtful.

Nice remote location. Staff were unfailingly polite, despite their often limited English. Beach is, well, long- go figure. Food at restaurant was good to very good. Lobby is stunning, like that of a Hawaiian resort

Room was a bit dark. Difficult to get there by shared mini van

staff, people is probably the domain of the philippines. Everyone smiling and helpful. We received a room upgrade for free because there were few guests in the hotel, which is another plus! The hotel prepared us sandwiches for the trip which was a pleasant surprise. And the sandwiches were very tasty.
