We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were made welcome throughout our time. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of choices. The front desk/reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping were very friendly, attentive and provided an excellent quality of service and care. I highly reccomend the hotel. We really enjoyed the music by Shabaaz Khan every morning at breakfast. We would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by all the staff who made our stay very special, particularly by Pakhuri, Shabita And Sarita.

The bathrooms, rooms and swimming pool area were a little tired due to the age of the hotel. However, we were informed the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. Overall we had a lovely stay and the customer service was faultless.

The suite was spacious and had separate bedroom and a living room. The location was connected with the city pretty well. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety.

The concierge/ reception manager didn’t provide an invoice and said that it will be emailed out which never came through. Tried following up but no luck. The price was also on the higher side considering the time of the year. I had booked one way airport transfer which the hotel initially denied but after some phone calls and emails with booking.com customer service, it was resolved. So, it wasn’t a very smooth booking and check-in process.

Excellent breakfast spread with a lot of variety. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a prime location, just minutes away from the Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition Center.

They seemed to be understaffed. Although the staff, when we could get their attention, were nice, we were left to deal with a lot of things on our own. For example, my wife and I had to carry all our luggage to and from the car during check-in and check-out by ourselves, which involved multiple trips - there was no one to even hold the hotel’s doors open. Similarly, during breakfast, it was very difficult getting a hold of any staff for anything.

Everything was good or very good, but the staff at hotel was super outstanding ! I travel a lot around Asia & Europe. Very rare to find such excellent service, good attitude of all the staff. From the reception staff, the breakfast & dining area, the chef everyone was amazing! Special thanks to Chef Rajesh, miss Anshu, miss Ananya, miss Nadia... and thanks to all the ladies I forgot the name. :( Breakfast was good! You need to consider 90% of the guests are Indian, so cannot expect a fully European or USA breakfast. Dining at restaurant was good as well. I did not use the swimming pool or gym, so I cannot comment on that. Thank you very much Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad (Satellite). I will come back for sure staying with you!

Difficult to find something... maybe just a little thing was the TV. TV in the bedroom has 1000 channels... not easy to search and watch English channels. That's all!

The rooms were very clean to high standard, management on point. Once spa will be finished, it will be great.

Young staff left to hold the Fort & no experience in customer service. Breakfast was cold on many occasions & no taste in the food. Other Marriotts stays, and staff go out of their way to help. Pankaj tried his very best & I can't fault him.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hospitality from the staff was amazing. Great service, beautiful environment. Breakfast was very delicious with a variety of choices. I would like to highlight certain individuals for making our stay pleasant; Ashish, Varun, Ganesh, Sachin and Mia. The live music playing of the sitar was soothing. Great experience!

Location was perfect as we had to travel to Bawla for an audit. Breakfast was exceptional had south Indian. Staffa were very hospitable and upfront in their service The best part was Mr Khan Sitar recital, exceptional, soothing and for starting an energetic morning.

I felt the lobby and buffet area didnt have partition or formal separation.

The Chef Rajesh Singh is so kind and generous, he has happily provided us our special dietary requirements, we are so grateful for his service. Breakfast and buffet dinner is highlight of the holiday… so many different varieties. Friendly and helpful stuff. Lively atmosphere. Live music while we have our meals. Clean & quietest Swimming Pool and sauna tub for relaxing and unwind.

Staff was eager to solve the complain.

Housekeeping and room service. Renovation work is going on which was disturbing and which not even mentioned online in your application or web portal. There is continuous drilling and hammering noise.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Courtyard Ahmedabad. The breakfast and lunch were delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to look after us when 2 of us became unwell.
