The manager. Ive done this review already when it was fresh on my mind. For some reason it didnt go through, but I loaded tons of pictures and mentioned her by name. She is amazing and i saw her moving with several staff members ensuring top tier jobs were being performed. She is so very hospitable and goes above and beyond to make sure that her guest are safe and that we feel welcome. I could never express my appreciation of how welcoming she was for my family during this very sad reason for us being in this city

The city itself. Montgomery is a very dangerous place if you arent familiar with the area. With that being said you will find some of the best people that you ever met there as well. Just be careful.

The facility was very nice. It was clean and quiet.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t reach anyone from the hotel staff between 9p and 9a. My room didn’t have a shower curtain and I couldn’t even get one. Also, I didn’t like that the staff was saying assigned room numbers out loud, instead of just writing them on the key card sleeve for customer protection.

This place is like having a home away from home. The suites are cozy and spacious. The aesthetics of the property overall are nice. Every time I come to Montgomery this is my go to. Very relaxing and central location to various activities. Full kitchen allowed me to prep some quick meals and save on dining.

Staff does not stay at the desk and are not readily available. Each time I had a concern I had to wait a while for them to return and they were not good with answering the phone numbers provided. Good thing I didn't need them that often.

Mrs. Kimberly the property manager was amazing. When we arrived very late and we had issues with the key (not her fault wasn't working) she came right away and took care of everything no questions asked with a huge smile. We came to Montgomery for a college tour and Mrs. Kimberly went above and beyond too even assistant us at the college she helped us out alot and we APPRECIATE AND VALUE EVERYTHING SHE DID! We definitely will be staying here again

There was no breakfast or I was not advised of a breakfast.

Customer Service from General Manager. The room was nice and comfortable but later saw an unauthorized additional charge of $52.00. No one answered phone to explain. I drove back to hotel and the Gen Mgr said it was computer generated due to time of check out. I explained the computer did not know that I lost my car keys and the city had inclement weather, although my belongings were out of the room I was searching through my belongings for the cars and once I was able to get everything loaded into the car then I returned for a receipt. This could have been corrected but Gen Mgr is telling me the customer to speak with the Corporate Office.

I was impressed by how clean my room was. All of the staff were extremely nice and professional. I also appreciated the healthcare discount. I enjoyed my stay. I had enough towels etc for my stay which was great.

The only negative thing I have to say about my stay is for a few days I could smell weed in the hallway and elevator. And no hair dryer.

The Manager and staff went above and beyond what other hotels or Airbnb's do to accommodate our stay and they were pleasant and courteous doing it. Would recommend Stayapt suites to everyone I know. Made my vacation very enjoyable 😄

The concrete floors outside the apartments and maybe security at night.

The location was great. We were surrounded by many venues. We only had to travel a short distance to attractions. We loved the apartment and will definitely visit again.

All was well. The room, the laundry, and the patio sitting area was great. The key entrance made me feel as if I was in a gated neighborhood.

It smelled wonderful, it was clean inside and out. Great location and it felt safe.

The receptionist was nice but there is room for improvement (stay off personal phone) while conducting business. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but when we did get one the room had to be cleaned a little. But I will definitely stay Again!!!

Location was nice, and the service was great. I love the privacy of the hotel and the feeling of being in a home setting. I appreciate them having security on the property during the night. The front desk assistant was very friendly and helpful.
