Location, beautiful pool, and beach, the elevators were great. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will repeat for sure

The condo needs maintenance, dirty walls all over, the apartment we had need maintenance too. Beach lounge should be included with reservations to avoid the tents that obstruct the views and don't pick it up so early, They start picking up at 3:00 pm

Property was great and the room was great. Dishwasher in the room wasn’t in the greatest shape, the wood that the dishwasher door was mounted to had broke and was a little bit of a pain to get it to close and seal properly but otherwise no complaints.

The pool is beautiful and the views are amazing! It’s great to be able to just walk onto the beach.

The elevators were a mess. Some people were having to wait 30 minutes to get on one. Our room did not have a blanket for the pull out couch. We had to borrow from a friend’s room.

Pool was very good since I had 4 kids, very clean as well. Room was nice and big! Walking distance from everything was amazing and very easy to get too. Only bad thing was staff and their attitude.

The staff could've been more friendly. I ask for more towels and toilet paper and never came!

the pool needs to be heated it always stays freezing I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels and the pool was heated if we pay that amount at least could make the pool heated and the air wouldn’t go below 72 because it was locked so 69 or 70 would have been more comfortable it for. little stuffy in the room at times

the parking deck we were supposed to have reserved parking and we couldn’t find our spot so we parked anywhere but didn’t want to scared our car will get towed if we not in your spot

We loved the shores of Panama itself! Great location. Staff was excellent!

Condo 1128 was not equipped adequately. There was not enough plates or utensils for the amount of people it would sleep. The decor was just blah, nothing real beach. It just felt like the owner had thrift stores some items and it wasn’t really a beach vibe. Also, the bed frame was barely held up by a board underneath and the headboard wasn’t attached.

The location of the property is awesome, only about 10-15 minutes from pier park. It’s also right next door to Pineapple Willys. The outdoor pool is amazing! Overall we enjoyed the trip but will pick a different hotel next time. One bedroom size was more than plenty for a family of three. Security was also on top of who was coming and going from the building.

All around the indoor pool was gross looking and feeling. Carpet was all through the majority of the room, not sanitary. We had to wear paper wristbands to prove we were from the hotel, cloth ones would have been more comfortable.

The first room we’ve got was very bad. The carpet was nasty, the bed was filthy so we called the office and transferred us to another room which was much cleaner and better.

Family oriented, location is great.
