The room was large and pets welcomed. Great location and the room was clean and the towels and sheets weren't to hard. Staff was kind and courteous. The ac was really good as,well.

I didnt like that there was a smell in the hotel. Its was pretty powerful. Went to go eat breakfast and the smell just over powered the food. Also I got charged for a disability room an extra 5 dollars. Not expensive but I think having a disability shouldnt be a reason to charge me extra for a room. The beds were really firm but plenty of pillows.

The staff was very friendly and courteous and helpful. That's what makes the difference in coming back and staying there. I appreciate all of you. I checked out and decided to come back because of the staff.

The first day that I stayed there in a handicap room my daughter couldn't get in the shower by herself the toilet is too close. But the other room upstairs is perfect in size as well as space .

Needs more handicap parking. Need some new bath tubs or just put a free standing shower only. Need a ice machine on the third floor

Spent a week. Owners were nice. Nice location to restaurants.

Didn’t like having to go up a floor every time we needed ice. Breakfast time was stopped too early and we never got a chance to use it without specifically setting an alarm.

The staff was outstanding and very kind. I was concerned about issues in my room, and the front desk was accommodating in answering my questions. I'm looking forward to making my trip again soon and will ensure I stay with them again.

Breakfast needs more improvement. Location is convenient to stores, supermarket, and restaurant's.

Pretty much the breakfast needs to improve and the indoor pool needed to be more clear than milky color.

The coffee was excellent. The muffins were very good. There was quite a few other breakfast choices as well. The room was nicely furnished and very clean.

The staff was awesome, and they were up and beyond the normal staff in today's world. They went out of the way to make me feel right at home.
