This is a long-term stay hotel for people who may be down on their luck, so with that context in mind this is an excellent hotel at a great value. I have stayed at other Woodspring Hotels where there was lots of noise and overwhelmed staff. This was not the case with Woodspring Killeen! It was quiet and the staff were attentive. The kitchen area allows one to save money and eat better than going to restaurants or fast food all the time, and with an HEB grocery nearby getting groceries to cook was easy. No problems linking to wifi. Finally, the air conditioning was nice and cold!

Given the context, there isn't anything that really needs improvement.

Though not fancy. It was clean and well kept. But the staff was amazing!!!!

I just wish it had been a little more handicap friendly. No automatic doors if they were a little bit of a challenge for my husband and it would be nice if they had like a shower chair or two put up so that way if I was in a wheelchair would feel more comfortable in a shower chair and a tub. I’d be there for him.

Management and their team is awesome, welcoming, kind and extremely helpful. I stayed here a few times and I have never had any complaints. I definitely recommend.

Like the location and the staff

They are not charging the correct price I noticed that your site has a charge of $64 and they have been charging me $80 every time I stay and I have had multiple stays they probably owe me a great deal of money

The energy all around is comfort. O, and I love the lighting compare to other hotels. I love theirs. Motion sensor and timed.

There isn't anything to not like.

The facility was so well maintained clean and very respectful staff and very friendly I don't plan on staying anywhere else wood springs is awesome and miss Tina really goes above and beyond to help in any way she can...

Perfect for exactly what I needed from it. Nice size to fit a small group of friends. The staff was super kind even though I only talked to one person the entire time I was there. Real quiet, no whiny guests, everyone minded their business and kept to themselves. Wasn't too big to the point that I couldn't find anything. Very convenient side entrance/exits which made it easy to come in and out for a smoke if you don't mind taking a couple flights of stairs. Accessible luggage carts for bringing a big amount of things in and out.

The narrow front entrance when you first come in with the double doors, one needing a key card. Made it very difficult to bring my things in and take them out with the luggage cart. Congestion and bottle necks are very much a possibility. Front office is pretty small which can be a bit claustrophobic during peak check-in and check-out times

Manager was great and I loved her and the staff attitude they went above n beyond for me and my children. Will visit again.

I loved everything

o The location was prefect, Just off of E Central express way. Away from heavy traffic and close to all the good stores in Killeen. o Staff was understanding and great to us. o Did not see not one bug or had any issues with the water or door locks. o

o The Wifi was not strong enough to keep a connection at certain times of the night. o The smoking rooms had dirty air vents and should probably be cleaned and replaced more often. o The window does not open wide enough for a smoking room.
