The bed was very comfortable. No bugs. The AC/heater worked perfectly. The water pressure/temp got very hot which was lovely for my Epsom salt soak. I didn’t have a drain but luckily with 24hr desk, I got one with 5 mins.

More breakfast options would be nice. Room 202 doorknob got stuck a lot so 1/2 the time the door wouldn’t close. I had to jiggle the handle several times to get it to pop the lock out, or get the lock to go in, in order to close it.

The location was very convenient. Close to all the shops and attractions.

I had a a.c unit that had a small leak in the room. Because I was allowed to check in 30 minutes early I didn’t complain, nor cared to switch rooms . Room was on the second floor.

There was a lot of ppl outside the hotel just walking around or sitting there also the trash cans were always full on the outside of the building

Breakfast was powdered eggs that surprised me also there was a limited selection

A limited breakfast selection and the 80 deposit .why refund the deposit after I checkout? One should be present when a room inspection is performed so there's no he said she said.

I didn't like the fact that after I was gone , the next day they used my credit card without permission and charged 40.00 . Not only that but the day before that I hadn't decided to stay yet but they had already charged my credit card for the 2nd night without my approval as well !!

They always take care of me . I always try to clean the best I can before I checkout . My favorite place in Killeen.

Room 111 air conditioner worked very well but had a pretty big leak. I used the towels to soak up the water then I rang them out and put them back to catch all the water . I did this dozens of times for my two nights . It was definitely enough water to flood out the whole room . I would definitely recommend get it fixed before renting out the room again because other people probably won't care like I do and take care of it :). Water seeped into the floors and I don't want the room to get water damage. That'll cost you guys more money than necessary every thing was great tho I appreciate them a lot :)

The staff was very helpful and were able to accommodate me to a situation I was having with the card reader.

That I was moved to a room that smelled like cigarettes from being in one that smelled freshly cleaned

The location is good and beds are very comfortable.

I stay 4 nights and not even 1 day the cleaning lady wash the toilet. Plus she forgot to leave toiletries the last day I stayed.

The staff were extremely kind and efficient and professional.

I would’ve enjoyed a plug for the tub. Taking a hot bath would have been soothing.

Location was in a perfect spot. Really close to Walmart and gas stations. Nice and quiet too!

You could have a floor towel unless I was blind 😂
