It was Saturdsy before Easter. 4-19-25 I was traveling home and was looking for a place to stay. I found this place, and YES. It is very clean, quiet, and YES. The Lady here is so nice and just a great person. We were talking as I checked in and mentioned some gifts for my grang daughter. She found a large box that I could fit everything. The room was very nice. It had a gaint butterfly blanket on the bed. The bed was perfectly firm for my comfort. Nice big bathroom. The a/c worked great. I'm staying again.

I have been very happy here and I will stay again.

Location was fabulous as it allowed us to get everywhere pretty quickly while also being away from the busy parts of the city. Room was fantastic as it allowed my family and I separate rooms while still being together.

Only downside would be that the tub didn't have a tub stopper so taking bath wasn't an option.

My husband and I live in town however being working parents of 2 we needed a weekend to just relax and enjoy each other's company and Premium Inn and Suites was the perfect place to do so. The place was clean, staff was beyond friendly everything was clean and comfortable. My husband and I have decided to make this place our monthly get away spot.

This is our second time to stay there. Clean, comfortable, quiet. That sums it up. Other than the air conditioner (see below), it was a great place.

We stayed in room 201. The air conditioning/heating unit was EXTREMELY noisy. The other room where we stayed last November had an Amana PTAC, but this was some Chinese knock-off that cost half as much. I suspect that the owner had to change out the unit at some point and went cheap. Bad decision. Should we stay here again, we are going to request to NOT have this room.

The staff and location are great! Very friendly service and very quiet hotel away from traffic and congestion. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable memory foam.

Would have liked to have the option of breakfast, Must have a car to get to restaurants.

We liked the location as we were traveling to the sleep center for the VA which is 2 mins up the road. We thought they might have breakfast in but they discontinued it after covid and never brought it back they said. All in all, it was a great spot, and our room and facilities were clean. Shower and restroom were spot on, cold rooms and water pressure in the shower was perfect. The refrigerator was very large with plenty of space as well.

Everything was perfect. Coming from the UK to see the eclipse, and this was the place. The reviews didn’t disappoint. Jade was ever so helpful and sweet. She went over and beyond to help me out with anything i need. The place also has a very safe vibe to it. Overall 10/10 stars 🌟 p.s thank you for the complementary home made muffins, I enjoyed them very much 😋

Everything was excellent

Jade was gracious and very accommodating especially with our late check in and parking of our truck with trailer. Facility and room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Front desk has bottled water, drinks and snacks that are reasonable for purchase. Would stay here again! Very safe location

The peace and quiet

The pillow linen had a sour smell. I should’ve told someone. Also the security chain on door was broken. When I see things like this it makes me feel as though the management does not take security of guests seriously. As an old soldier I used a Bobby pin to secure it so that I could hear something if someone opened the door.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very quiet and peaceful. It is super clean. It is a tremendous value. I love that it is privately owned by people who care about their business and about the wellbeing of their guests.

The air freshener smell was a little strong.
