I was upgraded to premium in a different hotel. I was shifted to Hotel Om Epic in the same area and was given premium room. The room was huge, and i have the basic min facilities provided for the budget of the room. The area was good and the staff were friendly.

Fabhotel should stop canceling the property that was booked by us from the app. This time, it worked, but most of the time, solo travelers were shifted to small properties for the same price, which is not worth it.

Room size was small and rooms need some changes like AC. Toiletries should be improved. I am sharing this review on the basis of the tariff….I have stayed at far better places who has charged me tha same. The tariff should be a bit lesser as it is not in sync with the room and the facility.

In booking it was described that tea/coffee kettle are provided in room alongwith sachets for the same. But it was not available and also totally refused by the staff to provide the same. Also only one water bottle is provided for three persons for one day booking.

I Really Liked The Location As It was centrally Located at one of the best location. & It was best as it was family friendly property.

Their services were at Times slow. We had to request them daily for a soap & towel if they improve this . Rest everything was perfect. & The food was too spicy.

Clean room, clean washroom. Food though limited options available was good. Overall experience was pleasant.

The place is beautiful and the room looks really good. The staff are very nice too and you can order good and drinks from the place. The bed is very comfortable and there's an electric and quick water heater. The ac is great as well!

A very pleasant stay. Very supportive staff plus a valuable service by the staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. Service was very good with all the facilities just a call away. Had a wonderful experience!!

The staff was excellent. The room service was on time and we wanted some fruit for our child which was made available to us in a timely manner.

The overall stay was good. However there were few mosquitoes. Although all out was provided.

The property is really beautiful. It has a pool which gets cleaned everyday accompanied with palm trees which makes the view wonderful. The staff were really polite and cooperative. I loved the stay

Location is very good, staff is very courteous. Room size for the price is very reasonable.

One thing i didn’t like that Fan and AC was making noise even on very less setting.
