The beds were very firm and the pillows were memory foam and amazing. I love firm beds, but my hubby thought they were too firm. The pool is AMAZING, too! It was a life saver on the hot days. The snorkeling right in front of the hotel was stunning! It was so easy to spend hours in the water exploring all the wonders under the sea. I loved being here.

The initial entrance to the place is a bit jarring. It is quite unkempt and messy and makes you wonder what you have signed up for. But then you see the hotel itself and it is beautifully kept and very well run. So, if they just fix up the actual entrance into the property, it would be even better.

The location was divine. I have never stayed anywhere so peaceful, naturally beautiful and untouched. The staff were incredible. I wanted to stay longer mostly because of them. Marmi is a gem of a lady! The gym is also a fantastic addition!

It was just a little hot in my room, even with AC and 2 fans. I felt the AC maybe needed updating.

Breakfasts were varied and delicious. Ordering the evening before was a good idea. The dining area was quite warm to start but soon cooled down when the air conditioning was switched on. The location was quiet and very pretty. Having the free transport into town was unexpected and appreciated!

Having tea and coffee making facilities in each room would have been preferred. However, it wasn't a problem having it inside the dining area as it wasn't far from our rooms. What upset me most was the way dogs were looked after. A female dog was on heat (they said she was spayed) but having 4 males constantly following her and 2 mating with her right outside our room door was extremely upsetting as she was in pain. She clearly wasn't spayed. All the male dogs were all intact too. Nothing was done to take care of her and keep her away from the males.

its quite far out from everything . If you want to explore the surrounding town you have to have your own vehicle. the hotel does have a car service to take you to town

I was so happy because we were celebrating our anniversary. The food was good; however, they allow you to bring outside food and even let you use their plates. They also offer free coffee, water, and a refrigerator where you can store your drinks. The staff was polite and kind, especially one girl—I don’t know her name since I forgot to ask—but she was the one who gave us free tapioca. We arrived early, and they allowed us to check in earlier as long as the room was cleaned and unoccupied. I was so happy! Another trip will be happening soon because, Casa, you have captured my heart!

Not a complaint, just a suggestion—they should have a billiards or entertainment area for guests. But overall, everything was great! The environment was clean and quiet.

The locality is designed for natural quietness and relaxation. The staff is super excellent and since I traveled with my dog, they were welcoming. The resort dogs are excellently cared for. As an animal lover, I appreciated that very much.

The property itself. The property is clean, rooms are big, facilities were well-provided. Dining area is big and allowed us to get food from outside to share with family. There’s free coffee and chocolate drinks too, open 24/7. The staff were amazing. Very polite and helpful. They provided us information about our planned activity and so accomodating. They even provided additional room for my friend when we could not book online. Very responsive to questions as well.

A little far from national road but property is accesible via tricycle, motorcycle and car. You can also rent transport provided in the property.

The location was peaceful, but really well situated in Moaboal and there was a free shuttle bus to use to get around the area, which was very handy for us. The staff were wonderful, so welcoming and helpful, they really made us comfortable. The food was excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted and free water and coffee/tea all the time. The pool was lovely and we used it regularly over the two week stay, it came in handy as there isn’t a beach there at all, but you can snorkel off the reef, which was exciting, saw lots of great fish. The room was excellent - a garden view - with plenty of room and cleaned regularly. My husband also used the gym every day which he said was great. There was lots to do in moalboal and the hotel will organize whatever you need, we hired a bike and did the sardine snorkeling with their help. The transfer from the airport was also great and good value for money. On the whole a very excellent stay and somewhere we would definitely recommend and come back to.

The location is beachfront and very beautiful but the road is very bad, remote and dark in the night. Try to memorize the route during the day and it won’t be a problem.
