The bed was good. Whole place clean. We could use the kitchen and there was water available for drinking. Great location too! The owners are so lovely and easy going. Couldn’t recommend more!

Really good price and a lot cheaper than the private rooms in Panagsama so u can pay for scooter (50 pesos) or tricycle for two (100 pesos) with the money you save. The aircon works (but is noisy) and the hot water works which is more than what a lot of the other accommodation has to offer. The staff were nice and willing to help.

It’s not in Panagsama beach area, which is the most convenient area if you’re a tourist. But like I said, u can pay for scooter (50 pesos) or tricycle for two (100 pesos) with the money you save by staying here. Don’t stay here if you don’t sleep well with noise, the aircon is loud so definitely need earplugs. There are dogs and roosters noises during the night / early morning but not sure if that’s different at other accommodation, it’s just a rural area.

I love the staff. They are kind and helpful. Initiative in letting me know that I can use their kithen utensils and other stuffs in the kitchen wherein I can cook. Location is great. Close to the market, church and I can ride a tricycle nearby if I want to go to the beach area. Also great wfh accommodation. Free water and hot water esp for wfh and you need to drink coffee or milk, just bring your own or buy nearby market. I can sleep comfortable too. Thank you!

No clear instruction on the website where the place is really located for easy access. I thought it was 2 mins away from 7eleven but not super bad though because when I called thei staff they immediately say where to go to. Just improve the data in the website it can help the property get more people to stay in.

I like how the location was just walking distance from where we got off the bus coming from Cebu City. Easy to find with well lit surrounding. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lobby area was not that welcoming with how hot it was and feels like no ventilation. Shower and toilet space is so cramped and placed very close to each other which was not comfortable at all.

Best AC placement of all the hotels I used on the island. Hot water in shower and they provided anything you would need to wash yourself. Nice common use balcony areas for dining and even clothes drying. Very helpful staff.

Room was tiny and there were no shelves in the only cupboard. Really difficult to put even your clothes anywhere, when you go to sleep. Could benefit from even peg/hanger. The common use dining area could use a trashcan/bin

I stayed five nights to do some diving and liked the hotel. It's five minute walk to the bus stop, quite at night, they provide free water fill-up and extra pillows for us. It's's really close to many options to eat local food. Close to the pier for sunsets and weekend movie nights..... It's a great place!

AC is a wall unit and it makes normal noise.

Very clean and new build place. Quiet aircon and neighborhood close to center 200 m. I enjoyed my stay very much. Recommend it for people who wants quiet place which is not so common to find here in Philippines.

if you drive a moped the property is in a perfect location as it is a 10 minute drive to the beach and restaurants. it is a two minute walk from 7/11 and the bus stop. it was extremely clean and safe and comfortable.
