The facilities were the highlight of the stay for us. The kids had alot of fun at the jumping pillow, pool, mini golf and pedal karts. The cabin was clean and well maintained.

It would be a good idea to provide tissue rolls to clean up the barbecue stations. Our stay at a different caravan park had it and we thought this might too and didn't bring any. Also the pedal karts were not cleaned (bird poo and spider webs all over) prior to hire especially since it requires additional payment to use it.

The location was great. The park had fantastic facilities (wish we could come in summer to make use of the beautiful pool) Cabin was clean and well kept.

On the beds, it would have been nicer to have thicker blankets / quilts As cabins are pretty much the same price as hotels, netflix/ foxtel would be nice, in case of rainy days where you are stuck inside. Bigger towels. We are not big people and they were very small.

Clean and Tidy , close to Port Hughes Tavern which was the reason for the trip. Friend was in the Band playing at Hotel.

Could not access a power point for my Electric Vehicle as told by receptionists when checking in which was disappointing when other Big 4 and South Australia Parks have Charging Points

We stayed in the Ocean View Villas - fabulous location. The villa was clean and comfortable. Loved having 2 x TV's,

The floor coverings definitely need to be upgraded - looking at little tired. From a working situation, it would have been great to have an additional power point somewhere in the dining area to plug in laptops and monitors _ I had to shift the dining table right over to the island bench for my power cord to reach. Not a huge issue, but just a convenience thing.

No clothes airer for towels, no oven in cabin, no fans, no shade in pool area, cabin could use a little update Extra cutlery and crockery would be handy as we were constantly washing, as only 4 of each

We decided to upgrade to the ocean view villas, and wow, it has been amazing. We don't want to leave. The staff here at the park are fantastic, the view is beautiful. Even with the wind. The villas are comfortable and clean. Hot showers, comfortable bed. Seating outside to enjoy the views of port hughes, we will definitely be back.

Location was good and was clean on arrival. Very nice cabin and was nice for a quick overnight stay for work. Local pub has really good food.

There was no milk in the cabin to have a tea/coffee and could not get any without driving. Also need to have fans in the rooms, fairly standard in most new cabins.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Park has lots of good facilities. Welcoming with nicely folded towels (not expected in a cabin). Nice to have picnic table next to cabin.

Not the cleanest. Lounges not very comfortable and quite bulky in a small space.

Was a wonderful stay very polite staff, great place close to beach and takeaway stores, the play area for kids was exceptional and the pool was an added bonus. The executive cabin we stayed in had all amenities was spacious and very clean, recommend stay 😃😃😃

The location is awesome, the communications prior to the stay were excellent, and the accommodation was a really good standard. Not having to bring linen was a real bonus.

There isn't anything that could be faulted and I can't think of anything that would have improved the stay. I'll highly recommend Port Hughes Big 4 Park and won't hesitate to rebook again.
