The location was perfect and the grounds/layout was great. We had a room on the garden and it was very quiet despite being in the center of town. The two highlights were 1. Pierre at the front desk was an absolute delight- he recommended restaurants for every meal we ate and never led us astray, we looked forward to seeing him at the desk 2. The owner’s cat is magical.

The decor of the rooms was a little gaudy for my taste and in need of a refresh (peeling wallpaper, leaky shower) but perfectly comfortable and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything. The entry into the hotel is just charming and then it just builds from there. The outdoor gardens are meticulously maintained. It really feels like Provence. Beautiful building, trees, just wow. The pool was just magnificent, truly awesome. Service was exceptional and the mojitos yummy. I would return in a heartbeat. Great location too. Such a memorable stay.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because there is no tea//coffee/cups in the room, which is a standard expectation these days in my opinion.

Staff are SO friendly. So helpful, even when we needed a super late check in they made sure to accomodate. Hotel itself is beautiful, pool beautiful, breakfast great, and in a great location!

Our room was a bit too small, but we were on a bit of a budget, and unsure how the others were and maybe it was just ours. It would have been nice ot at least have an extra little spot to put suitcases so we weren't jumping over them. There was no closet/wardrope so we had no choice.

A charming hotel and fabulous location. The hotel is right in the heart of Saint Remy with bars and restaurants on the doorstep and walking distance of the whole town. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers and a pretty courtyard area where you can relax with drinks in the evening. We had a nice room with a big shower, separate toilet, and very comfortable bed, as well as a small balcony overlooking the courtyard with a table and chairs. There was also parking (chargeable daily) which was an added bonus and is just a short walk away. Everyone who worked there was warm, friendly, and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would definitely recommend.

The staff at the front desk, from morning to night, were without exception friendly and helpful. The staff in the bar/breakfast room were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The young woman who worked in the salle à manger (from northern France, une Ch'tis) for breakfast was particularly gracious and welcoming! The location of the hotel could not be better for a walking visit around and through the centre ville de Saint-Rémy!! The hotel interior is classically elegant and comfortable!! My wife and I have stayed in many French hotels in many areas of France over more than 3 decades and would not hesitate to go back to this hotel for a truly unique and warm French experience!!

I did not like having only 2 nights to stay at this hotel in Saint-Rémy. I did not like leaving. I do not like that it may be a few years before I'm able to get back!!

This was our favorite hotel during our long vacation! We traveled for several weeks and stayed at numerous places. The decor of this hotel, patio, grounds and room was stunning! Our room was so large and comfortable, especially the bed, shower and closet. We loved the central location in the town and the staff could not have been more gracious!

We cannot think of anything that would have made our stay any better!

Handsome property in the very center of the town. Friendly and caring staff. Stylish decoration. Lovely sitting patio.

They really could upgrade their breakfast which is a bit generic. Seating in the breakfast room is awkward with tables too low. "Nearby" parking is about 4 blocks away. Probably can't be helped in a very densely built up town. Towels could be thicker. Quite a few stairs. BEdroom a bit small.

We liked the hotel and the location. The decor was very smart and eclectic. The swimming pool was great and the bar was fabulous. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We would have liked to be told that there was a horse and bull festival going on which would make it hard for us to get into the hotel. A journey of 15 minutes took us 1 hour and 45 minutes as all the car parks were full and there was a barrier between us and the hotel.

The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is well located in the middle of the city center

The parking is far from the hotel, you need to drop your luggage, pick up a parking token, drop your car and walk back to the hotel under the rain. The room was on the 3rd or 4th floor but no elevator. A lot of stairs to get there, even in the room there are many steps up and down I almost fell down few times

Beautiful property. Lovely dining area for breakfast. Breakfast was very nice. Location is ideal as it’s in the old town area and everything is walkable. Lived my balcony view.

Parking was offsite and about a 10 minute walk. There is no elevator and our room was on the top floor. They helped with luggage but we still had to go up and down during our stay. I have knee issues….
