Staff is doing their duty and very helpful.

I was early checkout and request for one day refund and agreed first by the reception officer in the mornig. But in the evening when I went to collect my invoice, it was informed that the refund canot be issued.

Food was good, facilities were nice, staff were very kind. Room was clean and regularly tidied. Nice pool and wifi worked well for me.

Can use reusable bottles or provide water refill without using plastic water bottles in rooms. No non-caffeinated tea in the room. Airport shuttle was late when we departed and staff didn't provide information.

Good location and accessible to all places that I needed to be.

The hotel’s access card needs to be changed due to constant problems to open the room door and also access into the main hotel lobby

Apartment was just comfortable and great.Just your staff need to orient or show us how to use the machines installed in the apartment.

I booked 2 bedroom apartment but was not ready when I arrived so I was given a 1 bedroom apartment. IHG member and I need help information on my points.

Breakfast was great fantastic, everything was great, Next time I hope the price can be a lot cheaper, it is more expensive compared to other international travel

It was nice. Enjoyed the big space.

I don't like being put in a room that has a door to another room, although locked, you can hear conversation and noises from the other room. If I was travelling for leisure or with a group,, that would have been ok, but for work or business is just not good. Too many disturbances and you can't concentrate on your work sometimes, especially when you are working late into the night. All in all, it was generally good. Thanks again for having me. I appreciate it.

The staffs, facilities and environment was awesome.

I booked for 2 nights stay I wasn't advised that the buffet breakfast is for the one morning only. We checked in on the 29th, 30th buffet breakfast was free however paid for the breakfast on the 31st.

The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in for 2 weeks was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The room service staff always delivered our orders with a smile on their face. The room was cleaned and sheets changed when requested.

The aircon did not work for the first 3 nights of our stay and were transferred to a different suite. The house keeping staff didn't always replace the dirty towels they took out of the room and I had to remind them four times during our 2 weeks stay. Beds were made however it did not appear that the carpet was vacuumed. The cleaning seemed rush on some days as they did not put the towels before we got back to the room and did not leave complimentary water and toilet paper on a few days.
