Morning walks by the beautiful beach were simple pleasures. The top-class food and a variety of coffee and chocolate drinks cater to a gourmet palate. The in-house bakery, with its aromatic bread and pastries, added a charming touch. Clearly, this hotel offers a blend of elegance, comfort, and culinary delights. A truly remarkable place! Booked continuously on a weekly basis, so far my 3rd week of stay and loving it all the way... for at the most 2 months stay, and definitely only here! Adding to its unique charm is its proximity to the office, making the shuttle service easy and stress-free.

I recently had the distinct pleasure of visiting Ela Beach, Papua New Guinea, and my stay was made even more delightful by the services at the hotel where I lodged. The warmth and rich cultural heritage of Papua New Guinea were justly mirrored in every aspect of my hotel stay, making the entire experience one to cherish.. The room offered a breathtaking view of the mesmerizing Ela Beach, which easily instilled a sense of serenity and unquantifiable peace, the pacific ocean view.. Additionally, the provision of modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an incredibly comfortable bed was commendable, proving that the hotel prioritized guest comfort. The hotel staff deserves a special mention for their friendly and professional demeanor. They were always genuinely courteous, ready to assist with a smile, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The service was prompt and efficient, from the check-in process to room service. Another highlight was the hotel's restaurant, where the culinary offerings were simply exquisite. I delighted in the rich palette of local dishes as well as international cuisine, all professionally prepared and beautifully presented. Ambient music and courteous restaurant staff only heightened this gastronomic experience. The hotel’s proximity to the beach provided effortless access to seaside indulgence. Easy walks along the serene beach during the golden hour became an enjoyable routine. Only one needs for improvement is the Gym, with an old equipment, not so maintained and even the AC's are not working, ending up you're sweating like inside a sauna.

Upon checkin, the staff were friendly, and we were attended by the duty manageress. Rooms were clean and pleasant when we entered. Fresh linens and TV was working well and remotes in place. Enjoyed the pool olon level 2, was clean and I was able to use it before other guests checked in the evening.

The electric hot water jug was very dirty. Boiled water 4 times did not remove the stain. It was not rust, it was food, previous guests may have boiled something in the jug and some food left stuck in jug. Housekeeping were quick to remove and provide a brand new jug for us. House keeping to always check and remove items before next guest moves in.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. And it's a beautifully built and construted hotel. Almost has a 60s vibe to it. The elevator has a nostalgic charm to it as does the staircase that leads down to the restaurant. Had a theatrical sense to it. The bakery is lovely with a delucuous sortiment of cakes and biscuits to lovely little lu ch packages. The bar overlooking Seaview is also a major plus!

The pool is nice but isn't could do with an uppgrade such as more comfortable chairs, even sunbeds would be a big plus. The gaming room seems very run down and almost mal place in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Seems to be could be so much better usage to this space than a dark musty gaming room. A nice little cocktail bar with live music seems would be a better investment. The pizzas were also really good!

Me and my husband had the most incredible stay we were treated so extremely well to the point it Was almost overwhelming, the staff were just incredible from the high standards of cleaning and professionalism to opening the door for you every single time you personally leave the hotel. The manager introduced himself to us and offered his utmost services to making our stay as comfortable as possible .. the hotel itself was beautiful the view of the ocean was unbeatable the facilities from the pool the gym to the restaurant we just had the most amazing week I could not recommend this hotel enough .. We will only go to this hotel when we return to Papua New Guinea

That I couldn’t stay longer

On doing booking on booking.com, the hotel communication with me was superb. I asked for a room on level 2 with a seatee on the balcony, and I was pre-allocated a room. The view was great. We spent the weekend sitting outside and morning and evenings. Also close to the pool, I was able to enjoy a swim. Clean room, linens, towels, and kitchenette were well equipped with 2 mugs, tea, coffee, and bottled water.

I noticed that the curtains were stained, probably from food. Could be taken down and washed.

The space was thoughtfully designed, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and relax. I especially appreciated the sense of privacy and calm, provided with the balcony, as if I was at a residential neighborhood rather than a bustling hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, yet never intrusive, adding to the overall feeling of comfort.

I love the room size that are opposite the beach. Not in the tower but on the side where u have indoor kids pool above. Love the premier king rooms they're a very good size. Love the veranda. Towels, water pressure. Food options down at the bakery is very good. at least it's different and less pricier than the hotel menu and still high quality. HANNAHS BEAUTY BOX big bonus to have it indoors. Love the gym. Pools x 2= very good that u have 2. Right next to the beach.

Took a while for the hot water to kick in. Playing up a little. Don't like the checkout time. 11am would be better like crowne plaza. No room service for the items down at the bakery/deli. Wish you could make your pool bigger. The shampoo and conditioning machines were broken. Signs of facilities breaking down. Please keep the standard up.

I really liked how convenient it was to eat with the restaurant and bakery right there as well as how friendly the staff were!

I went there to run the Port Moresby marathon, so the location was perfectly located near the start line. I had a wonderful view of the seaside and it was in a great neighborhood for walking around. Excellent breakfast as well. The staff helped me out with transport to the airport.

Although the neighborhood is great for walking around, it isn't so convenient for practical purposes such as getting some food at the supermarket. The closest supermarket was an hour walk away. They do have their own cafe and restaurants, but sometimes I'd like to have my own snacks and bottled drinks.
