The room was perfect for me, the lights in the room that will turn on when i wake up and automatically turns off when i sleep. A very effective way of energy saving. The staff were very nice and helpful, so as the securities of the hotel. I also love its cleanliness in and out at all times. Very convinient location. The food ordered from the restaurant were delicious.

The tap in my bathroom was very slow and i found it difficult to shower.

Very comfortable and quiet room, nice staff, decent buffet breakfast, secure location, free airport transfer. The whole place is very contemporary and well designed and maintained, and we had a great night's sleep. An excellent stay overall.

Checkout was slow - not the receptionist's fault, but he was the only one on duty before 7am and had a complicated issue with another guest. They should have more people on reception at that time. Also the shuttle goes every half an hour but not on a particular schedule, so you need to allow extra time to get to the airport for an early-morning flight.

Great location, was central. Staff were really friendly and polite. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Towels and linen were clean. The shower and toilet were clean. Appropriate lighting, the night lights that come on by movement sensor, were a good touch. Area felt secure and well guarded.

Arrived at the hotel, and the room was not ready until 2 p.m., which was normal checkin time. However, I've been to other hotels that had my room ready upon arrival. One lift was out of service, and the lift that was working had no aircon and had a foul smell. I'm not a fan of carpet in a hotel room, and I wasn't surprised that the carpet looked dirty with stains.

Friendly staff and helpful

Dinner: I was directed to Holiday Inn across the path to have dinner. I thought there would be a cafe or restaurant on-site to have lunch or afternoon tea. You were only offering buffet breakfast if I remember correctly. No air-conditioning in lifts it was smelly and coming up to my room level, no air-conditioning, as I stepped off the lift to my room. It was quite warm. But otherwise, my room was clean (one of my pillow cases was dirty) it was replaced by one of your friendly housekeeping staff, and air-conditioning was cold in the room.

Hotel staff are open and approachable; Hotel conveniently located in an area with access to multiple services, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, clubs,etc; Facilities are clean;

Light switches in rooms are a bit hard to navigate (Having labels would help); Air condition doesn't have a remote control; A self-help laundry room in the building would be convenient.

Breakfast buffet was impressive as usual. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, staff there were very kind and accommodating, and refunded my k200 bond fee despite some issues at my end. Will be returning here often.

Despite making a reservation 2 days in advance, I didn't have a room guaranteed when I attempted to check-in at 2pm. Had to wait 10-20 mins for a room to be available.

Front desk staff were excellent throughout my stay. Many times they went the extra mile to make the stay very nice. Rooms are well appointed, although the two different times I stayed during the week, they had quite different characters in terms of room service menu, directions for the TV, etc.

The AC did not work well in my room this stay, although it worked great earlier in the week in a different room. Breakfast could have more variety. Wifi a bit spotty at times and there was no real check-in briefing on breakfast times, gym location, etc.

I forgot my headphone on the counter and I thought I lost it. I checked with the good staff of express and they had it kept secured tucked away in the drawers counter. They were able to return it back to me. Beautiful appreciate so much.

A lot of people crowding for the lift at excess. Better to have the stairs to access as far as level three is far enough.

Spacious room, comfortable bed with soft and firm pillows. Good buffet breakfast. Good air con. Close to airport. Superb gym.

No hairdryer in room and took over 40 minutes to get one and asking three times. Had a few bugs in my room. Note they have a free airport shuttle, but only leaves every half hour.

Good breakfast and location. I liked the setting of the dining area and the view towards the driveway between the adjacent facilities. I was happy with the way the ladies at the reception communicated their services to me.

I had to be extra cautious crossing the drive way. A crossing would be good. It wasn't clear if I could ask security to call a taxi in.
