Check-in staffers were pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious, wifi worked well. Bedroom was comfortable. A/C worked well. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels and washcloths. Toiletries were basic but adequate -- bar soap, shampoo, conditioner. There was a good selection for breakfast. Always pleased to have scrambled eggs and sausage. Coffee was good and enjoyed the apple juice.

Hot breakfast available which was a great addition. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights to attend my sisters wedding nearby but ended up being so busy, I didn’t get a change to see the pool or hot tub. I enjoyed the fact that you didn’t hear any noises or loud drunk people in the halls during the night. It was very quiet. My mom had stayed here a handful of times and loves it.

The windowsills in the rooms were pretty filthy. Dead bugs, dust and debris sat in the surface as it looked like it has not been cleaned in a couple months.

The room was large and comfortable.

There was a light bulb out above my sink. The lamp on the desk top had wiring problems - came on but the light flickered. I tried tightening the bulbs, but that did not work. The refrigerator door was extremely difficult to open and shut. It was jammed against the wall in the space under the counter and the carpet part way up the wall prevented it from opening and closing properly.

Check in was a breeze. The two ladies behind the desk were amazing, friendly, and had the best sense of humor. The youngest gal was in training, she was honest and overtly sweet. Keeper!!! Any questions, they were on top of it and super friendly as well. Both are amazing assets to this property.

The man training the newest gal was not overtly friendly.

Dan was super nice and friendly. The pool area was awesome and roomy for kids and adults. The lobby was roomy to visit with family to come see us while we were here. Location was great. We will most likely return.

There wasn’t any napkins or paper towels left out in the dining area for us to use for our delivery dinner. We had to use bathroom towels. We didn’t know we could have had a discount since we were in for a funeral. That would have been nice to receive.

Our shower head was broken and I did not get to take a shower. I am quite sure that housekeeping should have spotted that and had it fixed before the room was rented. Thank you to the maintenance person who responded promptly. My husband got his shower.

the hotel was beautiful and very clean. the breakfast was really good.

the attendant lady at breakfast was watching us like we were going to steal something. the pool was way to chlorinated and it burned my gradson's eyes. the bed was not comfortable.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and just the right size. The breakfast was very good and good seating.

The air conditioning had such a loud sound. It was great to have the air conditioning, but the loud sound was not good.

Love the room and pool area

Hot breakfast could be changed up some from day to day. Like bacon on day instead of sausage. Cleaning staff in lobby area was a little rude.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits.

I was confused by having two thermostats (on heater and on wall). I don't like mint shampoo and products.
