My wife and daughter liked to hotel very much as it was very modern styling- I thought it was okay - breakfast was better than most in Italy with a little bit of choice

Car parking was in a public car park and a long walk from the hotel which would be hard work in a hot summers day or a rainy day - you could drive to the front of the hotel through a pedestrian roadway - the hotel was quite hard to find because it was in the pedestrian road - suggest they use the app "what3words" to help find the hotel

The location is great. Friendly staff and clean room. We had a very good stay in this hotel for two nights.

This is just a suggestion for who cares about noise, since our room is facing the busy streets with shops. During late nights, there were some noise coming from late people who were talking and chatting loudly on the street.

I was staying with my boyfriend, and since the Kursaal is under the reconstruction we got a room in a hotel Regina which is 50ish m from the Kursaal, but that did not bother us. Stay was perfect, room was great, bed is super comfy and we really really enjoyed our stay. In the morning, we got delicious breakfast, we had some brad, mortadella, cheese, some of their cakes and of course some orange juice and coffee. Everything was perfect.

Location superb . Continental breakfast fine . Staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for money. Spotlessly clean .

The hotel is very comfortable and newly renovated. Our room was with a big bathroom, very clean, many towels. Breakfast is good. Very comfortable large bed with high quality bed linen. Peaceful place, good for rest.

Very clean, new and great shower, very comfortable beds. Lovely friendly staff and family run hotel. Good value for money.

The outside hotel inscription is not very visible. Maybe a glow or a stronger colour would help

Very good price for such condition. Great location. Breakfast included, typical Italian: sweets, savoury only 'normal' cheese and ham and toast bread. Cornetto very good, cakes also.

I was missing duvets.

The personal is great, it has a great view on the Terme and the main square. Great location
