Beautiful view of Lac St. Jean, The staff was lovely trying to satisfy our needs and the waitress at the hotel restaurant was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even with her broken English. The room was very nice and clean. Cleverly designed.

We were there during early fall and the hotel seemed to not have many guests. We had to wait a while checking in because of the language barrier but eventually were well taken care of. The outdoor beach area wasn’t tidy and was messy. The outdoor furniture wasn’t arranged, there was trash, and definitely not orderly. The indoor pool area and gym were open but not tidy or welcoming. There was no lights on and no staff there.

Murphy beds not confortable and very noisy when we slightly move ; they are way too high ; especially the one over the couch not practical to get in with the arm rest of the couch , As for the bathroom no security bars at all for the tub ; tub slippery when wet and no rubber mat; I slip getting in and hurt my arm ; Not secure at all

It is always a great stay at this place. The location is great, the view to the lake is stunning, and the food is incredible. All facilities are really nice. The staff is also really nice.

Not a thing that might bother everyone, but we didn't see any information about having chargers for electric cars in the website, but the chargers are there.

The staff is very friendly. The facilities were all clean. My child had a really great time at the play room they have. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. It also worth mentioning the restaurant. They served really delicious high-end dishes. The whole stay was just amazing. Great views of the lake. We will definitely come back here next time!

There’s everything and anything available for a fun beachside vacation - indoor pool, exercise facilities, kayaking, nice beach

Beds were extremely firm - and it would be nice if they had massages available. There’s hiking in the region and it would be great to help post- hike relaxing.

There is renovation work going on that we were not warned about. the communal areas were full of building gear.
