The toasted bread!! The back part of the restaurant with booths in the same area as the toasted bread. The main restaurant seemed crowded. The back seemed quieter and more relaxed.

Directions.... didn't realize until later than you could enter the hotel from the 'back' via the Cinema entrance instead of walking abound the block to the parking lot and coming in at the front entrance

The hotel is very convenient for anything you want to do in Alma. Also, the woman at the front desk was very helpful - I had cut myself while bike-riding and she got me some bandaids from the hotel first aid kit.

Breakfast service was quite slow. Of course the hotel was pretty booked and there were many guests, but it still seemed to take a long time to get our food.

Overall everything was good. The only thing that i didn't like was the fitness facility. It is very small, treadmill was half working, there are no mats, no towels, no water. Needs some attention. Restaurant very good

Beds were comfy. On-site restaurant was good

The heater in our room could not be adjusted outside 70-79 f Fan was very strong even on low. We had to turn off for the night to sleep

We stayed in the new wing which was just opened. Very clean and large good free parking for our starting point of cycling around the lake.

Very big lots of stuff around many charging station for my EV

Difficult to find the entrance also the lack of indication in the amenities about having charging station

Location excellent.choices to eat close by.

Service at check in.Not forthcoming to help.Very polite though.

Construction every where. , confusing parking garage and zero green space

I did enjoy my stay in this hotel, great looking hotel, friendly staff on my check in. The room was very nice, bathrooms are modern - I found the shower to be quite unsafe , no “grip” tiles in shower , and no “rail” in shower in case you’re about to slip. The towels and sheets DID NOT smell like they’re overloaded with Javel, which is great. I had the King room , and unfortunately the mattress to my taste was very “spring filled” like feeling it was very rough and not very comfortable. Well, what can I say. I have to get to the annoying part right ? At 8:15am the cleaning lady barges into my room - luckily I have the habit of latching the door. But why would you open a clients door NOT knowing if they’re checked out yet. I mean. For all you know - I’m doing push-ups but naked right in-front of the door. Irrelevant of what the customer is doing- always walkietalkie to front desk asking if room 416 was checked out and I can proceed with cleanup. I mean, I bet the cleaning the lady was quite ashamed when I barked at her from my bed. Thanks for taking the time reading this morning rant :) Alex

I loved that they had a restaurant, bar(lounge), pool, hot tub, spa and Cinema all under the same roof

it’s a little confusing to get around if you don’t pay attention to where your going lol
