Usually traveling alone, I would take a long time falling asleep. But the beds were so comfortable I managed to fall asleep sooner than usual.

I couldn't really get the heat down so i left the windows up all night (i loved that part, most hotels don't give you that option) but I woke up to my room smelling like diesel fuel because a transport truck had parked next to the hotel rooms, with its engines on.

Everything was clean, friendly staff, the price was great, and the coffee in the room was more than welcome. We also liked that a food store was just across the street ! The best part for sure was the pool and SPA and the towels !

On our last night at the Hotel, the fire alarm went off at 3:30 in the morning and woke us all up and the reason was because supposedly a guy in the next room had taken a hot shower triggering the fire alarm. But I was there when the firefighters talked to the guy in the room... A very big smell of weed was present and the guys eyes where blood shot red.... So im pretty sure the smoke from his joint triggered the fire alarm more that his supposely hot shower... My wife and kids took hot showers after the pool and the fire alarm never got triggered... We ended up leaving the Hotel room for home at 4 in morning cause the kids couldnt sleep anymore and us either...

The pool and hot tub are great and the sauna was the cherry on top! Great staff and such a clean place.

There were some “noises” such as screaming neighbours, loud kids in the pool, and the room above us sounded like there were people bouncing off the walls. The AC also made a lot of sound and there was an irritating “ticking” noise in the wall. When we told the front desk, I think they came by when we were out because it was gone when we got home that night but it started again the day after.

The room which was given to me was above, and beyond what I was expecting. It was spacious, with a large rain shower space. The pool area was phenomenal, with a large hot tub, and an excellent spa. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. When I return to Saguenay, I will definitely stay at the same hotel and ask for the same room.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

I had the first room great, except you are near the stairs the door and the elevator. But the bright side of that is that you are closer to your car for the packing and unpacking. Closer to the pool. And no long hallway

Because we spoke very little French, the hostess took care of us herself, at dinner. She was so accommodating and friendly and gave wonderful suggestions. Our dining experience was exceptional because of her.

Clean and large room. Bathroom well equipped. Easy access to the swimming pool. Restaurant had good food and many options.

Double bed quite small and difficult for two to sleep well. Room overlooked the swimming pool which became quite noisy early in the morning.

Pool was clean and had lifeguard. Rooms were spacious, plenty of parking, hotel looked clean, rooms had a fridge and microwave, close to many amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, location made it easy to access highway. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Minor inconvenience- fire alarm batteries needed to be changed and kept sounding the alarm. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night since the staff who did have batteries had no way to reach the ceiling. The staff were quick to respond and arranged another room. It was just a pain the move rooms at that hour.

The location was good, just off a busy strip, convenient access to nice restaurants. The room was quiet and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast selection in the steakhouse.

Went to eat in restaurant for supper took over an hour for 2 salads . When I questioned they said people who made a reservation were a priority and not us English speaking people she was quite rude .
