Location is great. Breakfast was good, plenty choices.

The carpet in our room was nasty, many stains all over the place. Desperately needs to be cleaned or replaced (rm. 209) Others rooms that we previously stayed in did not have this issue. The bathroom is sufficient and had easy shower access however the toilet is very low to the floor, makes it very difficult for people that have issues with their back or knees to get up. No safety bars. During previous stay we had a handicapped accessible room and the toilet was the same height !!! The price was double our previous stay for same length of time.

It was a great location. It was very close to Wal-Mart and just off the highway. The breakfast was very good and the staff were so kind. The workout room was very good as well.

Our room's air conditioner had apparently been leaking and the carpet all around it was very wet. They fixed the air conditioner but the carpet was very damp still.

We love staying at Hampton Inn Middletown, Ohio! We stay here often in the Spring and Summer months when going to the Reds games. It’s close to Cincinnati without having to stay in Cincinnati. There’s shopping and dining options available. The staff is very friendly and helpful and are willing to do their best to make each stay comfortable! They definitely strive to please!

There’s only been a couple of times I didn’t like the service at the front desk. I always specify that we need a first floor room when making my reservations, and 95 percent of the time we’ve been accommodated. There’s been a couple of times the front desk person just wasn’t willing to make that happen and we’ve had to stay on the second floor. I just feel like when I always book at least 2 weeks in advance, that request should be met.

I liked how clean it was, I had no issues with my stay. Additionally I forgot something in the closet and they called me right away

I didn't like the breakfast it was mediocre, we already know you can afford bacon by the price of each room, especially considering how small the rooms actually are you could spend a littleextra moneymaking your guests truly happy because boiled ham isn't that good. The remote was so dirty I didn't even want to touch it, consider wiping down the TV remotes when cleaning rooms in the future.

All of the staff we interacted with were great - friendly and helpful. The room was comfy. The location was quiet - far enough off the highway so there was no road noise. It was a little further away from the event we attended than I would have liked, but the drive between the hotel and Mason was easy and scenic. A Walmart is within walking distance, which is very convenient. Did not use the pool or other amenities, but the breakfast was decent. I didn't eat them, but the Pumpkin spice waffles smelled great, and the coffee was good. I also like a cup of decaf tea at night, and they had water and decaf and regular green tea bags out in the lobby in the evening.

I am picky about mattresses and pillows and found the pillows to be a little lumpy. The bathroom was clean and in good shape; however, the length of the shower curtain made it impossible to keep the floor dry - in fact, it was really wet, and it's a slippery surface.

As is the case with every Hampton property I've been to, this location is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. I've never had a bad experience with Hampton, which is why I'll always choose the brand if there's a location nearby that fits within my budget. Admittedly, there are after brands that are cheaper, and some of those are equally nice, but it's a gamble I'm not always willing to take. With Hampton, every extra dollar spent is well worth it for the peace of mind.

Need better incompetent staff at the front desk. The manager needs to be more visible and friendly. Assuming they were always in the back office. When a question was asked the front staff had to keep running to the back to ask the manager.

We love staying at Hampton Inn Middletown. It’s become like our home away from home in the summer time. The staff is always kind and willing to go the extra step to make customers happy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are always very clean.

There’s nothing I don’t like about this property.
