Staff was great and accommodating, beds are exceptionally comfortable, the hotel is exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good and included hot items such as eggs, sausage ect. Very quiet and at the same time kid friendly, great price for a great place to stay.

Just wish there was better walking area for Walmart, Kroger ect not just for resturants.. Middletown/ Franklin should make a walkway crossing over highway to other restaurants and stores. I'm sure it would bring in more travelers, people would definitely use it as there are many great stores all in that small area to shop and grest restaurants to eat at.

Best sleep in 10 days of traveling and staying in different hotels. Very nice continental breakfast with real eggs, not just the scrambled type. Hotel room was very clean and updated. Nice bathroom and very comfortable king bed. Front office staff were very nice and actually asked us how our stay was as we were leaving. Lots of close by restaurants in this location. Room was very large with a separate sofa area.

Even though the cleaning service was limited - when our room was cleaned, it was excellent. Check in was easy and if we needed anything the front desk was very helpful.

The breakfast was the same. We stayed for three days and a variety would have been nice - maybe add another hot item to the options as well - there was sausage and eggs all three days. We only took advantage of the breakfast for one morning when we saw it was the same offering each day.

Breakfast was exactly as advertised and clean. We augmented with our favorite fruits from nearby Kroger superstore.

Loved the room and AC but for some reason wet clothes did not dry. Also, the outdoor atmosphere would be helped if someone picked up the substantial litter on the back side of the parking lot.

I didn't really eat breakfast, but had coffee in the room. The location was convenient, right off the highway, with plenty of places to eat and some other things close by.

Honestly, I don't really think anything could have been better. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and smiled during our brief conversation.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. From luxury hotels in NYC and Miami to mid-level, family friendly hotels across the US, this one is by far the best cleaned! The staff is super friendly! The girl at the front desk when we checked in was so nice and welcoming! The bathroom was SPOTLESS! Good water pressure and the water did not have that typical hotel smell/feel. The room was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows.

The lobby, hallways and elevator could be brightened/freshened up a little.

Awesome breakfast, pool was very nice, owners were also very nice and helpful! Hotel was very clean and modern.

Our air was messed up, but the manager was very attentive and helpful!

I always travel with ice pks and frozen bottles of water. A lot of hotels have a small freezer at the top of frig but they didn't. The people at the front desk took the bottles and ice pks and put them in their freezer. This means so very much to me with the pain I deal with especially when I drive so many miles.

All was great!

Location & value

The night we stayed the temperature dropped and it was really cold; causing us to receive a couple of unwanted critters looking for a warm shelter, (stink bugs). This was to no fault of the hotel because it was VERY CLEAN & had a fresh scent.

Friendly and efficient personnel, comfortable mattresses, ultra clean rooms, quiet environment, good parking, great breakfast.

Wish they had cranberry juice instead of apple juice in the breakfast bar.
