I genuinely enjoyed everything about our stay although the rooms are a little outdated we only needed it to sleep and to shower otherwise we were out of the room and doing activities

I could honestly say that I don't have any complaints the staff was very friendly and helpful I know other people have put on here that they had bugs in their room and trouble with the AC but we didn't have any problems with that whatsoever it was very quiet we didn't see many other people there the pool was great and clean like me and my family had a great time

The pool was actually warm enough to swim in! Travelers know that's not always the case. The pillows on the beds were so comfortable, I want to get some for my home. People behind the desk were helpful as needed. The shape of the room was interesting. They made it like a small apartment, rather than just basically a rectangle.

On the TV it could say "programming is on channel 30-1. Change the channel by inputting the channel numbers, not by using Channel + and - buttons." Also, booking.com said there was no internet access, when in fact there was.

We left before breakfast. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The walk-in shower was very helpful for us because stepping into standard tubs is more hazardous for my wife and me. The beds were very comfortable. Also, the hotel communicated with us in advance of our arrival concerning our special requests. They provided what we needed such as a room on the first floor. I didn't specifically request a handicap room, but we were assigned that. Very helpful.

Although not essential, a shower curtain would have been nice. Also, separate soap for the shower and basin would have been better than a single bar for everything. There was only one coffee packet in the room. Breakfast was an extra charge. That wasn't really an issue for us as we left too early for breakfast but people should be aware.

Room was a great price for the size

There were a few stains on the furniture and floor, but nothing horrible

The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfy, and equipped with all what I needed and the receptionist in the evening(checkin time) was great.

The receptionist in the morning was so unrespectful because she was out and we were looking for her. She was out for more that 15 minutes and nothing to show when she will come back. When someone found her out and called her to come in, she started shouting at him with very irrespectful way, however the man was so respectful and decent!! This kind of attitude shouldn't happen and not an acceptable behaviour !!

The beds were comfortable and the staff was super nice. Aside from the stained sofa the room was very clean and spacious. We liked the little kitchenette area. And it was nice that the toilet and shower were separated from the sink area also. Easier for the family to get ready.

Parking was atrocious. Had to park behind the building and walk all the way around with our things because there isn't a door to access it from the back. The sofa in the room needed replaced. It was stained brown on all cushions. If you have your window open you hear the highway traffic all night.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, love the pool and patio, close to Kings Island....great value!

The entitlement and attitude of some of the other travelers. It clearly states there is a deposit, refunded at check-out. When you check into a hotel, I was raised it's no different than being a guest in someone's home, don't trash the place, clean up after yourself, be respectful!

The clerk was probably the sweetest, kindest clerk I've ever met. (At check in) I didn't see the person thier at check out. The AC did work well besides the plastic falling off Well lit.

Thier was no toilet paper or shampoo or conditioner or lotion. Everything was stained from the couch to the curtain. The AC plastic cover thing kept falling off. The front desk called at 10 when I had an alarm set to 10:30 to get as much sleep as possible for our road trip. (I don't know if that's part of thier job) My nieces hand got shocked from the ac because she woke up to use the restroom and it fell off and nobody was awake. The water got bairly above luke warm. The elevators were down so we had to take the stairs all the way at the end of the hall and the door that enters right at the end of the hall was broken to enter from the outside so you could exit it but not enter. It smelled "like a dead body" at the end of the hall that's how the other person who was with me put it.

I love the rooms especially the deluxe King room with the pull out couch! I love the style of the room and how it's designed the little wall separating the living room from the bed, the staff here is exceptionally nice and very inviting to you and your family they love children they have a big indoor pool that the kids love and the price of the room is excellent! $52 with tax included through booking.com and I absolutely love the rooms! Every room has an iHome, a TV, big mirrors and large bathrooms.

The place was great great room great pool everybody was great especially Amie she went above and beyond when I booked the hotel I asked for a first floor room because of my husband she made sure we got a handicapped room she was so nice and the hotel was clean and the pool was so nice I will be back Great Stay!!!
