Well maintained. Clean and safe.

Breakfast on Monday, 22 July was not good. The waffles kept sticking so I asked the attendant for the spray. She brought it from the kitchen, gave a few spritz and took it back to the kitchen. There wasn’t any bacon or sausage. The only eggs were hard boiled. Oatmeal was watery. Overall not a good experience.

Overall, it was a good place. I will say, the water pressure in the shower was horrible. We stay at Hampton's often but one drawback that we always have is that teeny, tiny end table next to the bed. I usually end up putting the phone on the floor so I have a place to put my items. If you have two queens in there, you are both sharing that little table attached to the wall. I find the lighting in these rooms are terrible for reading. The lamp casts shadows on the book.

Water pressure in the shower. BAD. Lighting isn't the greatest and as I said above, that little end table that Hampton now uses is basically useless.

All of the staff were exceptionally great! Very attentive to every detail and every need! We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here in the future! Every need and question was always met/answered with speed, quality, and kindness! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities throughout were clean and inviting. We utilized the pool while we were there and had no issues personally. Unfortunately, a kiddo had gotten sick in the pool, and the staff had to shut it down for the night for cleaning and sanitizing, but it was open the next morning for use. Stuff happens, but they handled it great.

Unfortunately, you always have those people you can never please......that being said, there were some guests that were rude and ignorant to other guests and the staff. Ultimately, it didn't deter the staff from the other guests and what they did to make sure everyone was safe and taken care of! Kudos to the staff, because I would have lost my sh!t on a few guests!

It was a very convenient location for a Kings Island vacation. It was easy to get to the Reds game and the Cincinnati zoo. It was nice to be able to go back and forth to the amusement park. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices.

Bathtub was a little tall/deep. It would have been a plus if I wanted to take a bath. There was no fan in the bathroom, so it fogged up quickly when showering. They had barn style for the bathroom and closet. No lock which may be inconvenient for some families.

The location was nice. Right beside a Popeye's and a Skyline Chili. Property was clean and well-kept, and close to about everything in Mason. It was back from the highway and the other businesses that there weren't distractions or noises to contend with. The laundry area was clean, and appeared very affordable.

Breakfast was okay, but a little lackluster for the price. I remember waffles and pancakes being an option, but not much beyond that except for eggs, grits, and breakfast sausage that was the chopped-up kind like you'd put in red beans and rice. No other real complaints.

The staff were kind & helpful. The place looked fresh, updated & clean. The location was great right off the exit but never heard any traffic or such!

The bed was hard & worse the pillows. They were nothing but air and I had 2 of them! Thankfully we each had our own pillow in the car and that made all the difference for the next nights rest.

My family and I liked pretty much everything about the hotel. The room was really clean, beds we’re comfortable, breakfast was pretty good, the kids enjoyed the pool the staff was really nice. The location was nice but it seems that most of the restaurants were closed permanently like White Castle, Lonestar is gone, O’Charleys closed permanently but there is a Skyline Chili, Waffle House, Popeyes, Hooters, Dunkin inside a gas station all of these were right there where the hotel is so that was really convenient. It was like 18miles to the Cincinnati Zoo which was great and there is a Walmart and a target close by as well. We enjoyed are stay and we will be back!

The only complaint we had was the fridge in our room made a noise all night long and it sounded like someone was snoring but it was the fridge . Other than that everything was great.

Longer breakfast hours then others. Nice variety for breakfast. We were greeted at check in by asking if we wanted water. That was wonderful after drining for 4 hours. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion pumps were awesome. The rooms were nice. Staff were amazing!

A few more towels for multiple days would be nice with needing to ask, but the staff got us more when we asked so that was amazing. The gravy at breakfast was not good. Everything else was great. It was a little further from our designation (Spooky Nook Champion Sports Mill) then we would have liked, but that is not a reflection of the hotel.

Property was nice and overall clean and well maintained. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom were really nice and clean. Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was good and had alot of selections. Overall happy with our stay and would stay here again.

The room had a broken door under the sink. Not a huge deal. There was a small stain in the carpet between the beds and a large stain on one of the curtains next to the bed that looked like someone probably spilled a drink on it. The tv remote did not work. And the pool was out of order. Lots of small things but we were really disappointed that the pool was out of order as that was the main reason we booked this hotel.

Pillows weren’t comfortable. Pool was small and over crowded. Coffee in room was all decaf. Two towels isn’t enough for two people for two evenings. Other than that it was very nice. Included breakfast is always a plus.
