The person at the front desk I believe his name was AJ was absolutely phenomenal. I did not request a preference and he moved my room to the third floor to accommodate my last minute request. Nancy who runs the breakfast is absolutely phenomenal we've been coming there for years she is Pleasant the breakfast area is perfect all the time she keeps that place as neat as a pin and she's been doing it for years. She runs the best breakfast service I have ever seen and we travel all over!

There was absolutely nothing that we disliked about this Hampton Inn. They always provide a pleasant experience!

The bed was comfortable and the proximity to kings island is great. I loved the waffle bar. Lots of great toppings to put on them. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom as well. The wall closet/desk area was very nice.

The shower head looked to be a massaging one, but it was so high up on the wall, I couldn't reach it. Also I don't know why hotels insist on using the curved shower curtain rod and then use standard curtains. The sink also curved out which makes it difficult for shorter people or kids. Water pressure wasn't great either. The pillows were too fluffy and hurt my neck. Online check in is a joke. I did that and got a specific room, yet when we arrived we were told that room wasn't ready and asked to take a different room on another floor. We had checked in and lounged in our room for a while and the original room we had chosen hadn't even been cleaned yet. So what's the point of online check in?

Location was great. Size of the room was great. Most things were clean. And the staff was quick to help with what they could.

The duvet smelled of armpits. I called the front desk and their first solution was to send someone with fabreeze haha! I kindly asked her to bring me a clean duvet cover and I would change it myself. The bathroom was pretty clean but the carpets were smelly and the room itself was dated beyond the $232 I paid. The sitting chair had a light film of maybe skin oil mixed with chemicals from odor cover ups? And it smelled terrible. Near the head of the bed the carpet smelled of animal pee. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse. I would stay again, if the price were more like $180. But I refuse to pay $232 for a room that’s dated and stinks. So I wont be back there.

The staff was so helpful and friendly! I forgot my toothpaste, and an extra shirt. The staff looked endlessly for an extra shirt for me, and I appreciated that so much. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I was able to bring my two small dogs, and they had a great time, too! We were within walking distance of all of the things we needed! Overall I had an excellent experience, as this was my very first time traveling solo! (Aside from the dogs ) I will absolutely stay at Hampton Inn Cincinnati Kings Island again in the future!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is nestled in at the end of a "dead end" road, so leaving and coming to the hotel was very easy with a light at the intersection of the main road. It is also very close to Kings Island if that is your destination, as was ours. There are lots of places to eat by the hotel. The staff is very friendly and talk to you like a friend, with small talk and whatnot. While we did not utilize the pool, it looked very inviting. The breakfast was good. There was maple sausage for meat one day, and sausage patties the next with scrambled eggs as the "hot" dishes. Plus there was all the other stuff you can get with a continental breakfast.

The disinfectant bothered my allergies, but that's a "me" problem, lol. Make sure you have your "do not disturb" sign on your door if you don't want anyone entering. I did not, and the maintenance man tried to enter to check the tub for something. He did knock a few minutes before, but I did not answer because I didn't know him or was expecting anyone. But I threw caution to the wind and did open the door when he tried coming in, (Those bars on the doors do work, so always use them), and he just checked the drain to the tub. Something to do with a plugged tub somewhere.

The hidden fee that they charge you after you book with Booking.Com and it specifically says that there are no hidden fees. If you plan on going to a Hilton make sure you have extra money to waste for "holding" until you are ready to check out. WE DID NOT have the extra 25 dollars to give them and had to borrow money from my mother until I was refunded the 25 dollars back!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had some food ready before the regular breakfast time when I requested it because we had to leave early. The furniture (storage) was very ample.

The TV was a little subpar and the channel selection was a little difficult. In the other room the TV didn’t work.

Location was close to Kings Island and good restaurants

Our room was not ready at 3:45 pm, was told to wait 20 more minutes but couldn't guarantee house keeping would be done; due to they were sold out sell the night before. Website says 3pm check in. We had load our bags back into the car.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The location was convenient to visit family in the area.

The air conditioner was noisy and could not be adjusted for temperature. It was either on or off.

Breakfast was superb! Loved the little western omelets! The location is less than 5 mins from Kings Island and right next to a Waffle House for late night cravings! Clean rooms, friendly/engaging staff and comfy beds!
