Nice room, not too big, not too small. Microwave, fridge, and a nice window seat for sitting/reading. Nice sized bathroom, shower had decent water pressure and good temperature. Comfortable mattress, very clean room in general. The lighting was also nice. The area felt safe and the location was fantastic for my Kings Island visit, only five minutes down the road and a Waffle House across the road for a good breakfast.

Thin walls. Could hear my neighbors a little too well. Someone was letting their kid run up and down the hallway outside my room at 10:30-11:00 at night, and was loud enough I almost called down to complain.

The location is right off the main road from the interstate but it was very quiet no traffic noise There are multiple places within walking distance to eat The room was great fantastic a/c and super comfy bed. Washer and dryer in the hallway was very handy

No swimming pool but thats not a deal breaker

Breakfast could be better. There wasn't much to choose from. The location is awesome for our purposes, and the rates are good. We already have several more stays booked through the first of the year.

Breakfast. The card reader on one exterior door was not working. Our key cards had to be reprogramed a couple times.

I've stayed in a few Wyndham properties, but this is the first time I stayed in a Microtel. As they advertise - it's the perfect size! It was super clean, up to date, extremely reasonable in price and everyone was very friendly! I will look for them in the future...

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There were plenty of towels. It was close to Kings Island.

The sink and bathtub backed up and took a while to drain. That was the worst thing, which wasn’t terrible. There was only a breakfast bag and no continental breakfast because of Covid. That was disappointing but they at least gave us a breakfast bag with muffins, a banana, and a cereal bar. Another hotel we stayed in a few weeks ago only had coffee. Though the Covid restriction really isn’t the hotel’s fault.

When I arrived I could smell the clean linen! I love the smell of clean linen, it reminded me of home! The desk clerk was really friendly when I arrived and helped me locate my room. The location was conveniently near the theme park we were visiting and near the interstate exit.

Had a hard time finding a parking spot because of the RV’s taking multiple spots.

The breakfast is a basic breakfast, but everything is fresh and good.

There was nothing that I necessarily didn't like. We as a family had a great time, the rooms are large enough for all of our luggage and room to move around.

great location - very close to Kings Island which is what we were there for. Rooms were Ok, reasonably comfortable, great on site parking, quiet location

air-conditioning was filthy and stank - the breakfast was sub-standard

I had another good stay at Microtel. This is my go-to place whenever I'm visiting King's Island. The location is perfect, the rates are great, the staff are helpful and the rooms (while being rather dated) are kept clean. Looking forward to returning next year!

I don't have any complaints (If I did, I wouldn't insist on staying here every visit since my first visit in 2017, lol). If I was being picky, I would recommend some renovations to the property for a more modern look. For example, if they were to add Speakman shower heads ('Neo' is the most economical model) in their washrooms it would be a low-cost way to improve the guest experience while being more eco-friendly.
