I loved the hot breakfast and the variety. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were in mint condition. I never leave reviews but I was impressed. The pool was extremely clean as well. Very close to a lot of shopping. I went to Kings Island and it was about 15min away and it was an easy drive.

Room was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. They had a pancake conveyor maker that I’ve never seen which was kind of cool. Other hotels have the waffle maker. They also had Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. The location was close enough to IKEA and the mall.

Probably nothing they could’ve done because it could be a property owned by someone else but there was a field of weeds in front of the front entrance. Reminds you of a horror movie.

Food service was great. Dining room was good. Good selection of food offered.

Paper plates and plastic ware were flimsy and the cheapest available. I feel like I should have brought my own from home. Chafing dishes to keep food warm did not do a good job. Sausage was not hot.

The bed was comfy. The room was fresh and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The kitchen lady was absolutely amazing (5/10/2025.) I wish I remembered her name. I would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel is surrounded by current construction. Could use a bit more parking lot.

Clean and comfortable space. Nice variety on breakfast offerings and breakfast attendant Tina does a great job!

The hotel staff was very polite and friendly and helpful and I had access to everything that I needed or wanted the hotel staff name Dee was very helpful and polite pleasant

Breakfast was good but average.

Our car was parked at the front entrance and someone wrote on all the windows in what appeared to be red lipstick. We are from out of the state so it was the wrong car!! Things written do not need to be repeated. It surprised us that being so close to the front door and under the lights and on camera someone was so bold to do this. Either it was someone staff knew or the area is becoming not such a good area. All staff should be on alert and report any misbehavior, if not and the area is unsafe and word gets out, it will ruin a business!!

it was not a lot of people and it was around a bunch of food places. the staff was very accommodating

it was hot, there was blood stains on the sheets and the air wouldn’t get cool

While I was happy with the hotel, the staff and cleanliness of the hotel, I thought it was a bit pricey as I am single and don’t share the cost with anyone. Would have been perfect of it were less than $200
