The man up at the front desk named Sami was excellent

The side of the hall we were on had a bright light pole on that side and the window only had blinds, so when you closed the blinds it was still like trying to sleep during the day. Also, we all almost slipped in the tub - it needs some non-slip strips put on the bottom of the tub.

The staff was great and very helpful, room was clean and we got fresh sheets and blankets when room service came by. Hotel was also quiet at night.

The pool was dirty and the good coffee creamer (International Delight) was downstairs instead of having at least 1 or 2 in the hotel rooms

I learned the sheets on the let out couch were in the process of being changed out but had not during our stay. This is the only thing we did not like, but was glad to get an explanation for why and was given a free night stay.

The room we stayed in was very nice. Desk clerk was very helpful.

I had an evening meal in your restaurant/ bar area. I ordered cream spinach dip and potato soup. I was very dissatisfied with how it was prepared. The potato soup had a few diced potatoes in a watered down broth and the spinach dip was so thick and had no taste at all. It was just a clump of cream cheese and spinach. I’ve eaten spinach dip many times and have never had it tase as awful as this one at your hotel. I informed the waitress about my food and was not offered a replacement for something else to eat. I went to Applebees in the area to get a more tasty dish.

Centric, close where business is. Restaurant is the most important factor to choose from other locations.

Room needed some maintenance. Bathroom shower needed maintenance such as gout refresh. Carpet needed a better cleaning. Showed signs of traffic. Old spots. Overall good experience.

Very close to the western southern open facility which is what we attended Saturday night.

The king size bed was a bit too firm for both of us. We’d be more comfortable with a topper or different/ thicker topper than what was over the mattress. Both of our sleep was affected. Coffee taken away too soon as we slept in. Gone at 10:00 am. Checkout: noon

I loved the location; it was close to everything—many restaurants and small stores nearby.

The pullout couch beds were not that comfortable and may need to be replaced. The mattress was thin and warned down.

I loved everything about this hotel it was clean the staff was amazing, the room was beautiful. the next time i come back up here i will be staying here.

There wasn't anything we did not like we loved everything.

The staff was very friendly. When I got to my room and checked it out, I noticed it didn't have a hair dryer. I tried to call the front desk and they couldn't hear me. On my way out for the evening, I stopped by the front desk to let them know. By the time I got back to my room, they had replaced the hair dryer and the phone. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The lobby was welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and spacious The staff members were friendly and attentive The breakfast in the am was great
