Very nice room set up and layout.

Our toilet did not flush properly and when a call was placed to the front desk no maintenance personnel was available to assist us. Instead we were given a plunger and told to do our best. We also ran completely out of toilet paper and there was no extra in the room. Our towels were very stained with what looked like burn marks or worse..(poop) and then when we pulled out the sofa bed we found empty coffee creamer packets inside. Nice room layout but ultimately I would choose a different place to stay when visiting the area again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered to get us hot water from the kitchen, brought us chess pieces and even offered food from their personal party. The room was spacious and clean. The main floor area was nice and cozy with fireplace and seating area.

The sofa was not comfortable and the kitchen table was very wobbly. The breakfast was just okay.

The location was perfect for us. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated that we could open the window and get fresh air in the room, even if it was only like 3 inches.

It’s a little bit confusing to find the hotel if you’re out of town and using a gps to navigate. The address is across the street and you end up having to go almost around the block to get to it.

We had booked with Bookings, and they had overcharged my son, who came first, and then my daughter could not check in due to being charged over the agreed-upon rate. I had to use a 2nd credit card and spend time with Bookings and hotel receptionist to fix this mistake

The family spaces, pool, and terrace allowed grill and fire pit use.

Breakfast was great. We came for a basketball tournament in Hamilton, so it was a bit out of the way.

The noise late at night was frustrating. Unattended kids were running through the halls, slamming doors and yelling until after 11pm.

Full Kitchen. Oatmeal with trimmings on breakfast bar. Large indoor pool and jacuzzi. Yuengling beer in 24 Mart. Shower head pressure.

Erratic housekeeping service. Coffee bar is located in corner which creates bottleneck. Television in the bedroom didn’t work upon out late hour arrival but was repaired the following day after we reported it to staff the following morning.

The facilities were excellent in every aspect of the service. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would love to go back to this place.

Overall great visit. Bars and restaurants near by. Site sits back off road. Quiet.
