Had a good nights sleep

Well the shower was missing the main shower knob. I informed them at checkout do they count get it fixed

Privacy and the cleanliness of the room and lobby area.

Unfortunately it felt like the staff was not very friendly, especially at check in and about reservations and re-bookings.

The room was comfortable and attractive. The reception was nice with free candies throughout the day and popcorn at night when we were there, which was derby weekend. The staff was great!

The bathroom showed a bit of mold. The pillows were all the same size and too thick for me. Otherwise it was great.

The exceptional staff was probably the best part about this stay and the management is even better! Everything was clean and organized, and check-in was a breeze. We actually had stayed through the New Year and didn't hear a peep! I always feel comfortable here. 😁

There is nothing I can say would have bothered me enough to write about it. This is a wonderful up and coming hotel. They are just undergoing renovations.

I couldn't get into my room. The staff was kind enough to put me in another room. Upgraded me for my troubles. I appreciate that help and kindness

I don't anything to complain about. I have a great stay, Everytime.
